Nicole booked all arrangements for our party of four's cruise to Alaska. Everything was just as we wanted. Air travel, hotel, transfers, and reservations were completed promptly. Two of us were first time cruisers and she was wonderful about answering questions and responding quickly to calls and emails as well as finding us discounts. She is a great travel agent and has started booking a second cruise for us!

Easy to work with and made the whole process very simple and smooth. She coordinated the group and took the payments so not one person in the group was responsible.

Never had we thought of taking a cruise. But wanting to see Alaska, we decided to take that first step and actually see if a cruise was something that we would enjoy.
