Naseem made planning our Disneyland trip SO EASY on me! There's a lot to know, and not being a Disney connoisseur myself or having time to spend hours researching, I appreciated Naseem handling our hotel, park, and meal reservations without me having to do a thing. Planning and booking travel accommodations has more than late been very stressful and time consuming. Working with Naseem has really helped alleviate this headache altogether. She is quick to respond and is super thorough. Admittedly, I don't know the travel benefits of my credit card or keep up with hotel loyalty memberships- Naseem makes recommendations based on her knowledge with these programs and cards. Due to pandemic-related reasons the past couple years, we have had to make quick cancellations and adjustments on some trips and she doesn't hesitate making the changes in time to ensure no late charges etc., I work with Naseem on nearly 95% of all my travel experiences and will continue to do so! Naseem was so fast and professional and made is so clear at every step along the way that she actually cares about giving you the best vacation of your life! She leapt into action to get us a booking on the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser before it shut down permanently and then gave us super helpful and PERFECT suggestions on meals and hotels for both before and after the experience!

Naseem is amazing! She had our family spring break trip planned to Disney World, including all of our first choice dining reservations. She found a better price/room and easily upgraded us for only $25 more. We then sadly had to cancel & reschedule. After rescheduling, she had to assist us in replacing one of the travelers in our group last minute. Naseem quickly worked her magic to make the swap happen seemlessly.

When researching resorts, she provided many different options based on different price points. Her communications and recommendations prior to the trip were great. Naseem helped us plan our first Disneyworld trip. I was very nervous to make this trip with a 5 year old and 1 year old, but we had a great time thanks to Naseem. She gave us tons of info on what to expect and tips for how to make things easier. As we are definitely not Disney experts, she gave us recommendations tailored to our kids ages and interests.
