Family Vacation Specialist!
I was thrilled to partner with Travelmation in 2020. I have a background in social work and therapy and love to help folks figure out how their ideal vacation will look and feel. I am extremely detail oriented, so that you don't have to sweat the details while spending quality time with friends and family.
While Travelmation focuses on Disney, I love cruising and all-inclusives. I will gladly help you book and plan your Disney Trip but I'd really love to help you choose the correct cruise line or all-inclusive for that perfect vacation!
I live with my wife, Sarah, and our teen daughter, Kennedy, in Kennesaw, GA. Our family loves vacation planning and traveling all over the world. Aside from Disney World, our favorite trip was a week in Ketchikan, AK.

Heather was so knowledgeable about everything! I gave her our desired location, length of stay and budget and she crafted the most amazing honeymoon we could have ever imagined. From start to finish she walked us through every step, and even kept in contact during our trip to make sure it ran smoothly. I normally make a Type A control freak folder/binder for every trip we go on and this is the first time in my life I felt confident just letting someone else take care of it all. Heather even worked with my ADHD and set extra reminders for me so I could remember to get our COVID tests and fill out the travel authorization in time to make our trip an absolute breeze. The resort itself was enchanting and Heather gave us great tips on how to get the best experience here, and make the best use of our time. We went on an excursion each day and even got to tour what the "Real" Jamaica was like with a cabbie who took us through a small town to experience some truly local fare and lifestyles

Every aspect of our trip was effortlessly and well managed because of all of Heather’s hard work and pre planning. From being picked up at the airport to being dropped off, nothing was missed. Heather is so easy to work with. She has the patience of a Saint! She never failed to answer any question I had and never made me feel like I was a burden. I can be a lot to handle because I over think things and stress out super easily. We were among those who had South West cancelations and Heather was there for us (even while on her own vacation) the entire two days it took to find affordable tickets on another airline. She also walked us through an unfortunate event of my husband getting injured on the trip. She was just a call or message away. Heather will help plan out an amazing trip within your budget and be there for you before, during and even afterwards, if needed.

Amazing trip!

This was our fourth trip planned by Heather and, as always, she gave excellent service and advice. We knew what to expect and some pitfalls to avoid (e.g. flying in the day before, which saved us a bunch of challenges). The Disney and universal trip of a lifetime

Heather Murray booked a Disney and universal trip for me and my best friend. She made it so seamless for us, she booked our tickets ( and I am a Florida resident so she even got me my discount) she also got us booked in the pirate room of the Caribbean beach resort, which is the room we really wanted. She also got our Disney app connected to our room and passes. She also got us reservations at the restaurants we wanted. I’m addition to all of that anytime I had a question about about our trip she was very knowledgeable and willing to help. I highly recommend her services.
