Carolyn was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very timely with all of our trip plans and was very detailed in what she sent over so we had minimal questions. Additionally we had a situation come up during our travel where we had to reschedule plans on the fly... Carolyn was there to help every step of the way (even after 9PM ET).
