I have been in the travel industry for a total of 16 years. Having worked with a major airline and now owning my host agency with 21 independent agents, I have had years to obtain many specialties and gain invaluable knowledge to plan and book your incredible and memorable vacation.
My most recent travel training experience was an invitation in November 2014 from the Hawaii Tourism Board to participate in the Hawaii Travel Exchange. We visited two islands and toured 25 different resorts during my week-long stay.
I attend and participate each year at CruiseWorld where like-minded colleagues and the entire travel industry comes together for growth and evolution through educational workshops, general sessions, ship tours and a trademark Exhibitor Showcase. This event, as well as others, helps to 'sharpen my industry tools' to better service my clients and assist our independent agents with their businesses.

Words can not describe how much Lee is such a help when planning a great getaway. She is very much accommodating with your budget and very very informative and makes you feel like whatever destination you have in mind couldn't have been a more better pick! And if undecided exactly what you want to do on your trip or where you would like to go, she is full of wonderful ideas that would make your trip an above and beyond special time in every way. She is terrific on following up with your trip and itinerary and making sure you are ready to have the time of your life and have everything you need. I personally prefer to only work with Lee, she is just that great of a travel agent!
Both my wife's and I honeymoon and 4 year anniversary trips were truly times to remember thanks to the help of Lee!

Lee is very patience and attentive to her clients and their needs. She has made planning vacations very simple, with the vacationer having little to nothing to worry about. This is my 2nd year booking vacation with her and I do not plan on going to anyone else for vacations. Her service is so great, I have referred her to many people. Lee was very knowledgeable of the resorts and even if there were questions in regards to the resort that she could not answer, she reached out to the resorts in a timely frame.

Lee made a very intimidating situation comfortable and simple. I was going to get a free flight to wherever our honeymoon was going to be and she still significantly beat all of the prices I could come up with. Her responses were very fast and direct. She didn't bog us down with a ton of information and kept all of the package options separate, so it was easier to communicate with her as well as stay organized myself. She also explained all of the things for us to be looking out for when we got to our destination so we were prepared to get off the plane and get to the resort quickly and safely. I recognize prices go up and down on vacation packages rapidly and it is easy to dismiss this experience as a lucky opportunity. Since our honeymoon I have sent 12 couples to Lee and all but one of those couples have used her. The lone couple had received a free condo and that was the only way they could beat her prices and convenience. She is also very easy to talk to and doesn't charge at all unless she books you. Then that price is already included in the vacation package. I will probably never go on vacation without contacting and using Lee Pettyjohn and unlimited destinations.
