Dan has done several trips for our family and many of friends. I’m the kind who likes to research and book travel on line. Dan did an Alaskan Cruise/Vancouver trip for a large group of us. I did almost nothing to plan or book it other than providing necessary info. The service was so good and the experience so hassle free that I’m beyond convinced that this is the way to go and booked a cruise for 6 of us this past Spring Break. Dan found the perfect cruise got all of the promotional perks he could and a great price! Very highly recommend Dan!!

We have booked a couple of trips through Meister Meetings & Travel that were awesome including joining a group cruise vacation from Rome that included a private mass in the Vatican along with lots of other exclusive experiences which was fantastic. We had a great time and met some new friends on the group trip.They definitely make travel easy by listening to what we want to do and then create a custom itinerary we can download to our phone that fits our needs along with taking care of all the small details and adding special touches that makes our trips very special. Additionally, Dan Meister is very experienced in travel and helped get us ready for our Europe trip teaching us travel skills like packing, safety, handling money and setting up our cell phones internationally so we were fully prepared for our adventures.

Dan was amazing! Made everything for our Alaskan honeymoon super easy. Was always available when we had questions, got us set up on everything from start to finish too! From the minute we got to the airport to the minute we returned, everything was handled. We were given a large choice of excursions for our cruise and instructions were clear and it was less expensive than going through the cruise line. Dan is very attentive to details, and makes good suggestions on how to make the most out of corporate events and vacations. Our meetings have been highly rated by our employees, eliciting comments such as "best meeting ever" and "location and amenities were fantastic." Dan is extremely knowledgeable about the hotel industry, and makes sure our site visits are comprehensive and enjoyable. He puts the interest of his clients first, and makes sure the planning and execution are successful. He works hard to secure extras for his clients, such as complimentary receptions, sand sculptures, and extra amenities. Dan also pays attention to the little things, such as his clients' personal interests, even making sure any dietary preferences are taken care of in advance. Our best vacations were ones that Dan planned for us. We did a group Mediterranean Cruise through Dan, he held informative pre-trip meetings, arranged for a private mass at the Vatican, planned onboard events.

Dan was always available and was very responsive to questions we had. He made suggestions for different packages and excursions. He also suggested a cabin with a balcony which we found very helpful.He sent several different cruise options from different cruise lines which allowed us to determine which was best for what we wanted. Dan is very thorough and knowledgeable about all the various travel opportunities, trips, cruises, ports of call, and excursions.
He will make recommendations to fit all types of budgets and personal interests.

Ireland Family Trip

Dan Meister planned an amazing trip to Ireland for us. Every detail was taken care of! Dan made sure he planned a trip that our 18 and 20 year old boys would enjoy too! We had never been on a tour prior to this trip and we now feel that may be the way we travel. It was so nice to have everything planned for us. Dan gave us the perfect suggestions on golf for our boys and and they loved the trip (even being with us for a week). Thank you Dan, we will be in touch for our next adventure!

Ireland Dream Vacation
We can’t thank you enough for meeting with us on such short notice at Panera that Sunday morning to talk to us about your Ireland tours! Answering all our question, as newbies in the traveling world!, with such excitement for us and not getting upset as we all interrupted each other. However, I believe Marie and I were sold on doing a tour once we heard you explain all our luggage would be carried the tour company and not by us!! It just took one stare to each other to know we were sold! It was so much more than what we expected and could have hoped for. We will definitely call you when we are ready to travel again.

Hawaii - Retirement Trip
Hi Dan, This has been the best vacation ever. Thank you so much for putting us with Globus. Our tour guide was great and helped us out so much. We did get to go zip lining (and I survived). We met some great people who we are going to keep in touch with. I also want to compliment you! We never had a problem. Your suggestion to prepay gratuities made things so easy. We had so much information about everything from you then other people had. Their travel agents never told them anything about things like that. A couple had to call home for someone to send a pic of their Covid vaccine cards because they didn’t know that they needed them. You are the best! Thank you.

We called Dan out of the blue one day to put together a trip to Germany and Austria for us, as our daughter was going to be in Salzburg for a month. He responded promptly, designed a trip for us, and guided us through the entire process. And he absolutely nailed it. We had never been to Europe before, but we will be back. Yellowstone and Mt. Rushmore Road Trip
Originally, Dan found me and my wife the perfect European river cruise but Covid struck and our vacation was cancelled. Shortly thereafter, on a whim, we challenged Dan to come up with a "fly and drive" vacation for us in the U.S. Dan designed a spectacular 11 day vacation that took us through some of the most breathtaking places in the wild west that included Colorado, Wyoming, Montana and Utah. We visited Mt. Rushmore, Cody, WY, Badlands National Park, Yellowstone, Jackson Hole, Salt Lake City, Devil's Post Pile National Monument, and so much more on this custom trip. Dan personally created the itinerary while having the hurdle of navigating quarantine restrictions. Cannot commend Dan enough for all his hard work and will gladly book through him again

Group Trip to Europe
We used Meister Meetings and Travel recently for a trip to Italy.. We were a group of 5 women and their daughters, a total of 10 of us. Most had never been out of the country.
