Looking forward to travel again

We had booked a cruise going into 2020. Cathy was so helpful in tying all the loose ends and getting us the best value for our money. When the pandemic hit, Cathy reassured us we would be ok and was able to get our whole trip refunded. As soon as this craziness ends, we hope to start planning again with Cathy for sure.

Swift trip to the beach

As a single parent working full time my schedule gets slammed. I decided to take a last minute quick get away with my son. Cathy has planned many trips for our family and always does an amazing job! She just recently planned a cruise for our family with Royal Caribbean. We have always traveld Carnival but she told us to give Royal a try and it was amazing we will definitely not be going back to Carnival. Cathy has also done our Disney trip, Two Trips to Italy for my parents and my sisters honeymoon. They all rave about her expertise! We have had MULTIPLE great experiences with Cathy. She's pays a particular focus to those traveling and why (romantic get away, family time with the kiddos, adventure, etc.) and is able to piece together the perfect get away from beginning to end. The itinerary she provides is detailed with all confirmation numbers, plans, reservations and she remains only a quick phone call away if you need anything at all. I also greatly appreciate her position with American Airlines. It reassures me that if there are any flight issues, she's going to have firsthand knowledge on how to handle quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, using Cathy helps me be able to relax and enjoy the vacation too :).

Only reason I am doing stars is that we found out on the last day of our trip that my children qualified for disability passes from 2 friends on social media. Ms. Winter’s attention to detail and communication was nothing short of excellent. She aggressively took action to schedule a required COVID test in Chicago ORD during a layover to safeguard our trip to Europe. Without her travel savy, the trip overseas was in serious jeopardy

Stress free trip!

Cathy was such a pleasure to work with and made the booking process for a large team feel so easy. Cathy booked airline flights for our team of 11 and also set up transportation to and from the airport. When we had to cancel a flight due to illness, Cathy was on top of figuring out if we could receive a refund. We also had a small timing issue with one of our vans and she remained in constant communication. Cathy was fabulous to work with and we will be using her for our future trips!

Parents Getaway Long Weekend!

When planning an all-inclusive Caribbean getaway, it’s easy to get overwhelmed with what seems like hundreds of possible locations and resorts to choose from. Cathy was extremely helpful in narrowing our search based on what we were looking for. I tend to go down rabbit holes of reading reviews about resorts and not knowing which ones to trust. Trusting Cathy was the best decision. I’m glad we used a travel agent and I’m glad we used Cathy. She helped make sure we were prepared and had everything we needed for heading out of the country. She was even available for last minute text questions that helped ease our mind. It’s nice to have a real person to ask questions to instead of Google. Great Travel Agent

I highly recommend Cathy. She has always provided great travel planning for our family for air travel, hotels and cruises. Even more important is in these crazy times she is always on top of current travel events and situations. She very efficiently handled the cruise line’s cancellation of a vacation we had booked last year. She quickly got us a full refund, something I appreciate even more after hearing about some of the time lags and hoops friends had to jump through in the same situation. Western Carribean Cruise

Cathy put together a wonderful cruise for my family. We were so excited to visit places we had not been to before while cruising on a wonderful cruiseship. Sadly, COVID-19 had other plans and we did not get to go on this trip of a lifetime. Cathy worked dilgently with the cruise company to get our money refunded to us and carefully explained the entire process. We are looking forward to planning a new trip as soon as possible.
