I grew up in Buffalo, NY and now live with my husband and adult children in Virginia. I originally worked in customer service for over 12 years before becoming a travel agent in 2011, and I’m very happy that I made the switch to the travel industry!
I had always loved traveling, and becoming an agent seemed like the perfect choice. I love meeting new people and finding the best ways to make their vacations perfect, and I always enjoy when clients return from abroad with great stories and a smile on their face.

Wendy planned our recent trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico. I don't think that I have ever been on a vacation where everything was perfect. The flights, the limo service, the hotel accommodations and a scheduled tour were without a hassle.Wendy also provided us with plenty of information prior to departure to assist in making a decision of where to go and options available for various destinations.

I was lucky enough to find Wendy several years ago when planning a cruise. I hadn't used a travel agent before, and honestly didn't know it was still a thing, or how great it was to have one! I'm the type that pretty much knows what I want, vacation wise (I'm a bit of a control freak), so I was hesitant, at first, to let someone do my travel planning. Now I just let Wendy know exactly what I'm looking for - because that's what works best for me - and she makes it all happen. Then she helps with with all the things I didn't think of! Wendy has been so patient with all of my planning and re-planning this past year. I wouldn't think of doing a cruise without her, and now I'll have her for my other adventures as well!

I began trying to do it myself, but realized trying to build the package with flight, hotel and food was just too much for me. Wendy planned two european trips for my party as well as domestic trips to islands and cruises. She was very efficient and pleasant and I felt that we were in good hands. Would book with her for any future trips needed, even if it just for plane fare or the best accommodations.

Wendy went above and beyond my expectations when finding a family friendly trip for our family. I was "particular" and she was super patient and took the time to do the research on certain areas and packages until we found the perfect one. Her suggestions on where to go & stay were top notch! She found exactly what we wanted! The transfers and check ins were super smooth thanks to her taking the time to have it all done for us! Amazing Honeymoon

Wendy took great care to make our honeymoon the absolute best trip of our lives. The trip exceeded our expectations! She has lots of initiative and took the time and energy to get to know us and our ideas for the ideal vacation. With our lack of current experience traveling, that took some doing! Wendy sent multiple possible itineraries, asking questions about what would work and what would not for us each step of the way. She was tireless!! When we finally were able to make a decision about resorts, she made certain that all of the right accommodations were taken care of and that we would be completely happy with our plans. Even the necessary layovers between flights were timed to be long enough to get through customs and security without having to wait for many hours for the next flight. She gave us options for excursions that interested us and she was always available to answer even our silliest questions without ever making us feel that were high maintenance. We are big fans!

Thanks to Wendy, we did not have to do a thing but go to the airport and enjoy our trip. She even checked us in on Southwest arriving & departing so we did not have to stop what we were doing the day before each of those dates-she took care of everything--making our trip flawless.
I have used her services in the past, as well, for hotel stays too...What I like most is the variety she sends me to check out.
Looking forward to our next vacation-using her services as well and referring her to friends/family!

Wendy is unbelievably prompt, professional, and so easy to work with! I have never worked with another travel agent, and I don't ever intend to! Wendy makes sure that you're stress-free, sends you all of your trip info way ahead of time, and makes any last minute requests happen.
