We met Lisa on my husband's first Disney Cruise. We had the opportunity to dine with Lisa and her husband each night. Lisa is so personable and very knowledgeable about all sorts of travel adventures. We asked her for her card, she was not one of the pushy travel agents of the past who wants to control all your travel.

Our youngest son was graduating from high school and wanted to go on his first cruise. Just wow, Lisa did not disappoint! Lisa listened to our needs and made several recommendations. She made sure everything was perfect through constant communication and critical date reminders. She also followed up with us after we returned. Again, the pushy travel agents only follow up when they want to sell you something.

We had a great room with a balcony and the ports were perfect. This was his first cruise and first time out of the country too. Great island recommendations for our 7-day cruise. If you want an experienced travel agent, Lisa is the best one around!
