I have been in the travel industry for over 11 years and have extensive knowledge in planning memories that last a lifetime no matter where or when my guests choose to travel. Our family lives to the fullest by making more memories and having less things. We love to pass this belief on to our guests in their adventures all over the globe.
I have lived all over the globe due to the military and family. My husband, Mike, is a disabled veteran from the United States Air Force and has traveled the globe due to his military service as well as lived overseas.
I am a jack of all trades as a SAHM, home school mom, a barn mom, a horse show mom, a wife to a disabled vet, a doctorate student and of course a Travel Specialist.
Our daughter, Olivia, is 10 years old and loves to travel and and compete in show jumping with her horse. She has been home schooled since 1st grade and we love the freedom it allows for us to travel together, visit the theme parks daily and go to her horse shows.
We moved to Winter Garden, Florida back in 2017. Prior to moving to sunny Florida we came to Florida 7-8 times a year and would stay for 7-21+ days each trip. We came for one of our numerous trips a year in early May 2017 and experienced numerous moments of no denying we were suppose to move here. We found and got approved for a townhouse during that trip that normally has a year or longer wait list that is literally right behind Magic Kingdom (we have awesome firework views every night!).
Since moving here Mike has been working for Disney World as a Transportation Coordinator and for the first time since the military he actually LOVES his job. He loves going into work everyday and creating magic for the guests he comes into contact with.
Being here in Florida has allowed us to travel even more than before thus allowing us to take several cruises a year, visit all-inclusive destinations, basically live in the theme parks and explore all Florida has to offer.

We learned about Kari through a Disney Couponing Facebook group as she was the official travel agent for that group. When we decided to visit Disney World again for our 10th Anniversary, she was the first person we thought of to help us plan our next trip as we wanted someone who knew all the ins and outs of hotels, Fastpasses, dining, and additional entertainment. When we first told Kari about our trip, she and her team went into high gear and gave us all the information we would need to start planning our trip. She was always available by email if we had any questions and even suggested a Fantasmic dining package. She and her team grabbed all the Fastpasses and dining reservations we requested when they became available, which took all the stress off us. Kari is an absolute pleasure to work with and we will have her plan all of our future Disney World trips and Disney Cruises.

Memories made easy

Kari always went out of her way to provide quotes for potential trips we were thinking of. She was always willing to price out multiple options with no pressure to book. Even though we are Disneyworld veterans we booked our trips with Kari for the personalized service. She made dining reservations, fatpasses and offered plenty of advice. Best of all she watched for any applicable discounts and applies them without hesitation. Nothing better than getting an email saying you saved a few hundred dollars!
Kari was always available, proffessional and in tune with what our familys needs and wants were. She allowed us to be as hands in with our planning as we wanted to be and more than happy to take the reigns if we wanted her too.
Although we recently became Disney Vacation Club members and may not be able to utilize Kari as much for our trips, I will continue to reccomend her to co-workers, friends and family members.

Magical Memories under difficult circumstances

My mother passed away, and my son was deployed before we could take our trip and caused us to change our vacation plans multiple times. In the end, we had a fantastic vacation. Kari is a treasure. Literally. We started navigating our first trip to WDW and soon realized we had no idea how much we did not know. Kari was a recommended agent from someone I follow on Pinterest so I decided, 'Why not?' BEST DECISION EVER. Kari provided the right amount of guidance while giving us control of our trip. I knew that she was available at every turn. There was so much to know & plan & determine well before our trip and Kari was the perfect navigator of our vacation ship. She always responded to emails & she was incredibly patient & thoughtful with us newbies. You don't know what you don't know and Kari knows it all!When we decided to plan a trip for our daughter in 2020 we just reached out to Kari and exhaled.
