Three times delayed-Gina got us there

Gina has been fantastic for top of the line support for our regular vacations. Including keeping us up to date and new deals, and things that might affect our trip. But where she really shone for us was when we had to cancel a vacation for deaths in the family and then getting us rebooked including transfering special event tickets. It was complicated both because of changes on our end and with Disney and she saw us through every turn and got use there. A good travel agent can make your trip better, but a great travel agent is one you can count on when things don't go well- this is why I always recommend Gina.

The absolute BEST Travel Agent!

I was never a fan of the idea of a Travel Agent as I like to have control over my travel plans. However, that all changed when I found Gina...She only takes care of whatever it is you need for her to take care of. Have the entire trip already figured out and just need someone to help with booking? She will set you up instantly AND let take care of any potential future discounts. Don't know exactly what you want to do but have an idea of where you want to go? She has a wealth of resources and first-hand experience to help. Having her by our side when planning our trips have made our lives easier.
I came for her expertise when planning a particular Disney World trip for 8, but are sticking around for years to come for her incredible responsiveness and support for all of our trips!

Wonderful travel agent made trip planning a breeze

Gina helped us plan a trip to Walt Disney World in March, 2024. We usually plan our own travel, including to WDW, but decided to try using a travel agent. Gina absolutely exceeded our expectations! Not only did she make all of the scheduling easy but she gave us helpful advice on making choices, monitored our vacation window for new deals, and provided a comprehensive trip summary which included suggestions on how to make our trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Gina was also VERY easy to work with. She was very responsive to emails and repeatedly let us know that she was available if we needed assistance. This was such a good experience that less than a month after returning I have already contacted Gina to help us plan our next vacation!
