I just returned from an Alaska cruise on Holland America Lines. Holland was the first cruise line to take passengers to Alaska and they have been doing so for 75 years. My point being, they really know what they are doing and they did not disappoint.

James was super helpful in thinking about and planning our trip. He asked about our interests and previous visits, and then came up with good flights, good hotels, and good recommendations of where to go and what to do. When an issue arose with one of the hotels, he immediately took care of it (during his own vacation in the Caribbean!) and got us a better room.

First time with a travel agent, would come back!

James was incredibly helpful through the entire experience. It started with a call to determine what our destination was, what activities we wanted to do (so he knew what to book), what types of amenities we needed (car/accommodation/flight/etc...).Once James had the details he was quick to put together a few itineraries that matched our needs with varying price points for us to pick from, and when we had something slightly different in mind he pivoted without question and had new quotes for us the same day.
James had really clear communication throughout the entire experience and continued to check on us leading up to the trip and then post trip which was really amazing and made it feel so much more personal. Highly recommend James for any of your travel needs :)

Terrific front-end planning with new group

James and I met on a cruise this past spring and became acquainted about mutual travel interests. When he contacted me about an intriguing itinerary for a cruise that was being attended by a group of his friends and clients, I expressed interest but wanted to know a bit about who I'd be traveling with. As one of two "newbies" to the group on a 12-night voyage, how to make sure I'd be a good fit? James arranged a series of Zoom meetings so we could all discuss the itineraries, shore trips of interest, and generally get a feel for the other travelers's personalities. This made for a very enjoyable adventure as we all had some sense of connection before embarking on the ship. Thanks, James--looking forward to the next one!

A wonderful cruise!
