Hi, I’m Alison Singer and I have been an Agent with Magical Moments Vacations since 2020. I have been traveling to Disney World since I was a little girl and was even married at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion. Now, I travel with my family many times during the year to visit Disney Parks and Resorts. I am able to guide you on unique and special Walt Disney World experiences, so you can enjoy the magic to its fullest. 

I also love cruises and vacations to tropical destinations. Regardless of the destination, I will tailor your plans, so you have the most magical time! I will be in close contact with you during the planning process, and even throughout and after your vacation. Birthday celebrations at Universal Orlando

Alison was amazing to work with! She was organized and easy to reach out to before and during the trip. She help us navigate the benefits of staying at one of Universal Orlando premier hotels and ensured we had all the tools we need to have the best trip. She even helped navigate finding a covid test for a member of our party that needed it for an event she was attending directly after our trip to Universal (a trip Alison had nothing to do with! she just went above and beyond!). Overall we could not have asked for a better trip, she made it all stress free!

Girls Disney Weekend

Always a great experience to work with Alison! This time I switched it up & did a girls weekend! Also decided to do a dining plan which I'd never done before. Alison explained it all in awesome detail. The character dining with it was a no-brainer. Completely worth it! My friend & I experienced an issue at the airport- flight delay of 3 hoyrs AND luggage delay of over 2 hoyrs. We got to our resorts after 2 am but Alison called the resort to let them know we'd be checking in late. She always makes the trips run smooth!

Disney at Christmas

Me and my 6 year old traveled to Disney World for Christmas. It was my daughter's first time going, and I haven't been since I was her age, so this was a new experience and adventure for both of us. Alison was just the best. No words can describe how wonderful she was to me. I had been talking and planning this trip with Mrs. Alison for a year and she was so kind and patient. I was able to call her whenever I just had a question in mind. When the time came Alison texted me from the time we made it to the airport to leave and made sure we got to Florida safely. Alison also did the same when it was time for us to return home. Alison is so wonderful and I just want to thank her for everything. Having a travel agent like Alison took the load off of me and I did not feel overwhelmed with anything, I just followed her instructions. I can't wait to work with her again. Thank you Alison for everything!

Great Cruising to the Eastern Mediterranean!

Just returned from a wonderful 12 nite Italy, Greece, Turkey cruise on Celebrity Edge we booked via Alison.

This cruise was canceled twice by Celebrity due to Covid restrictions. Through the (twice) re-booking process, Alison did all the work for us and answered all questions. She found and was able to apply fare discounts well after our re-booking as newer promotions were made briefly available. She kept us abreast of Covid testing requirements specific to our cruise and provided travel insurance options. She got us hotel options for our pre-cruise stay in Rome as well as transfer options needed to get us between the airport/hotel/ship/back to airport. She was a tremendous help in explaining and booking the myriad of dining options on this new class ship. She resolved some questions even during the cruise.

We now have 3 more cruises booked via Alison. Thank you for being part of our travel adventures and making our lives less stressful!

booking our August ‘21 Alaska cruise on the Celebrity Millennium! From airport-pier transfers, cabin class options, on-board packages available, weather to be expected, packing tips, and certainly not least, details on the ever changing health protocols, Alison provided us with all the information we needed to make informed decisions. Details and hints she provided went far beyond those available on direct booking sites.

Relaxing Caribbean Cruise!

Once again, Alison Singer took care of us for our 9 day cruise! As we had questions throughout the process, Alison was very helpful and prompt in getting them answered (especially Chef’s Table ??).
