Great family vacation cruise!
She is very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating.
We scheduled a cruise with Alice in November that had to be canceled due to Hurricane Nicole, canceled plane flights and such.
Alice took care of everything for our party of 6, from canceling our November trip and rescheduling our new cruise in April. She arranged transportation for us, to and from Cape Canaveral, she booked our 3 balcony rooms together with the couches we requested, and guided us along the way with valuable information to insure we had a wonderful cruise.
She was readily available and resourceful for the many questions we had.
We will definitely use Alice for future cruise vacations and recommend her to our family and friends. She was outstanding!

Great family vacation cruise!
I am writing to express my gratitude and appreciation for Alice, who helped me and my family plan and book our cruise vacation. Alice was a pleasure to work with, as she was very friendly, professional and helpful. She handled everything for us, from canceling our original trip in November due to a hurricane, to rescheduling our new trip in April with the best possible arrangements. She secured transportation for us to the port and from the port to my daughters residence, booked our three balcony rooms next to each other with the couches we wanted, and gave us useful tips and advice to make sure we had a great time on the cruise. She was always responsive and attentive to our needs and questions. We were very impressed by her service and expertise.
