I have been fortunate enough to be a traveler well before I became a travel advisor. Before I began my career in travel, my family and I planned trips to Europe (and lived in London for a few years), Asia, Hawaii, and within the US with great care focusing on the culture, food, and fun that was available in those destinations.

One of the most important parts of my job is to be able to tell my clients that I have been there and experienced the scene first hand. I dedicate time during the year to researching destinations, lodgings, and experiences in person. You want that five star to be a five star.
