My experience with Mandy started through a co worker mentioning she was going on an agent organized cruise which my husband, our 2 bffs & I were just starting to plan ourselves but instead we jumped at the opportunity to have someone else do the "work". Mandy went above & beyond for our Alaskan cruise & has become someone I trust 100% with my travel needs & am now proud to call my friend. One of the travel agent excellence that stands out in my mind is when Mandy let the cruise line know I was an avid lighthouse lover & didn't want to miss any of them...soon a list of dates, times, side of ship, name & pictures of 11 lighthouses we would be passing was given to me. To say I was ecstatic is an under statement & put my 1st agent experience over the top, as if the constant communication, excursion info, free upgrades she got us weren't enough. Since then, she's been my agent for NYC, Hawaii, & upcoming for a European trip of a lifetime. I wouldn't choose anyone else cause she is the BEST!

Mandy is a force to be reckoned with. What I most appreciate about her is her style of communication: extraordinarily personable, genuine, authentic, thoughtful. And that doesn't even touch on how knowledgeable she is about the travel industry, but more than that, how willing she is to share that knowledge with her clients. Travel agents don't need to do that, but she clearly enjoys bringing her clients out of the dark of the convoluted travel world and into the light. She is reassuring, empowering and a real pleasure to work with.
