My daughter's 13th birthday was nothing short of amazing because of how simple it was to work with Jordana. I gave her my budget and timeframe and she did the rest! Even down to recommending dinner and a place to get a cupcake for her actual birthday. No question was too silly. No time was inconvenient. She went on a trip herself during my trip but still made sure that I had a contact number to reach someone if I needed help while I was away. I was completely intimidated by planning this trip for my best gal's 13yh birthday but Jordana made it a trip neither one of us will forget!

During uncertain times Jordan made our trip to Jamaica incredibly easy. She took the extra time to make sure that we had everything we needed as far as travel documents, Covid tests, travel insurance forms etc. She was super easy to work with. Jordana was such a great help. While planning for a wedding, it can be tough to also plan the fine details of a honeymoon. Jordana took care of all that for us! Once we made it to our resort in Saint Lucia we kept saying how amazing Jordana is for setting all of this up for us. It was great to have someone with lots of Disney knowledge help get our resort reservations in order. It was definitely one less thing to stress about! Plus, when you use Jordanna, you're able to get some free perks and extras that you wouldn't get if you tried to plan and book your vacation on your own. She was okay at the beginning. I was able to get the prices for the flight and the hotel. However, she only offered three choices and wouldn’t look further. I asked for two beds in the room and did not get that. I had to ask for a change at the hotel. I asked for hotel info and confirmation, she eventually sent every confirmation for every persons and told me they were all the same. She never mentioned needing it for the airport to get the shuttle . She should send out each persons own confirmation and a link to the hotel. She never mentioned where or how to get the shuttle back to the airport and then said she was in meetings. This created issues on the last day of the trip. No one from Delta Vacations bothered to contact anyone at the resort. It was chaotic and could have been avoided.
