As we are leaving next week for our Alaska cruise, I can honestly say that Odette planned this trip in an excellent way. Every mail I sent was answered immediately . The prices, the knowledge and the friendliness are of a different world. We travel 5 times a year and we found ourselves a new agent.

We are old people and assistance for booking as well as for traveling.Odette did a perfect job by helping us plan our cruise, reserve air travel and hotels. She also arranged special assistance at airports. Again it was perfect and we fully enjoyed her support.

We are so happy to share this feedback abouth the booking of our cruise, via Mrs Odette Bals. From the first moment we had Mrs Odette Bals on the phone, we felt immediatly a 'perfect match', she understood what kind of cruise we would like to book, what important was for us to have on the vessel. In a minimum of time the cruise was booked. She could answer everything in a plesant way. Even when we arrived in Vancouver airport with 1 missing luggage, she did the maximum to help us with advice as well with solutions. her entrepreneurship leaded to a good result: on our second stop(Alaska) the luggage stand in our stateroom. Mrs Odette Bals is the right person on the right place. We look forward to book our next cruise with her.
