I caught the “travel bug” in my early 20’s when I left home to join the Delta Queen Steamboat Company as a Purser. I enjoyed cruising up and down the Ohio and Mississippi River, but after two years, I decided to go big and move on to Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. I worked on board Royal Caribbean ships throughout the Caribbean, Mexico, and Bermuda for over 10 years. I visited well over 20 islands and experienced many of the resorts first hand during my career. I am passionate about travel and want to share that passion with you! I can leverage my vast knowledge of the islands and the accommodations they offer to help my clients choose the best destination or cruise itinerary to fit their perfect destination wedding, honeymoon, anniversary or romantic getaway. You can rely on my detail-oriented/meticulous approach to ensure you and your guests have a seamless plan with lifelong memories focused on your unique romantic getaway. As a Romance Travel Specialist, I’m dedicated to getting to know each couple, learn about their unique likes and dislikes, and then offer suggestions and ideas that are customized to their specific needs.

When I first became a travel agent, I thought I would be a “Caribbean Specialist” but ended up booking all kinds of trips and dabbled in a little bit of everything. As time went on, I realized that I needed to specialize in something that I not only enjoy and am passionate about, but something that I’m good at. My favorite bookings were my “romance” clients – honeymooners, couples planning a destination wedding, or those celebrating a special occasion, specifically to Caribbean destinations. So I became a Romance Travel Specialist! I love being able to alleviate the stress and frustration that comes with coordinating all of the elements of an event or vacation. I take care of the details, while my clients sit back, relax and enjoy!

Laura worked so hard to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for in our honeymoon! She always responded quickly, and took great care in making sure all of our questions were answered and our needs met! Especially as we drew near to our travel date, I had a million questions but she took her time to make sure I knew exactly what to expect. She also helped to make sure that we got our honeymoon package since we traveled quite a bit after our wedding date. We sincerely look forward to booking our next trip with her!

I can't put into words how amazing Laura is. She helped me plan my destination wedding to Mexico with 80 guests. She was friendly, patient, and listened to my concerns over the course of OVER A YEAR as my wedding was being planned. She was responsive when I needed her and she was thorough when I had questions. She recommended a beautiful hotel and honeymoon resort that we were more than pleased with. She was detailed and helped all of my guests arrange their hotel and flight. Laura Rhein is a great travel agent! When we first started talking about a
cruise I explained there were a few islands on my wish list namely St Lucia, St
John, St Maarten and Barbados. Laura found us a great deal with Royal
Caribbean's Adventure Of The Seas. She was able to get us the premium drink
package for TWO included in the cruise price in addition to a $100 onboard ship
credit! After booking Laura email me with the good news that she was able to
get us another $75 onboard ship credit. We’re counting the days till our
cruise!

Another Successful Cruise

Once again Laura worked her magic. From obtaining great pricing, booking reservations and keeping us updated on payment schedules. We just have to sit back and relax and just wait until the day when vacation begins. There were two couples involved on this cruise and everything was perfect.

Laura was so helpful right from the start! She helped us choose between the 4 couples resorts and answered any questions I had. She was quick to answer my e-mails, made sure we were prepared for the trip and handled everything very nicely. It was a relief knowing that she was handling all the details and we just had to worry about making our flights! She wanted to make sure we had an amazing time, and that we did!

Laura was so helpful as we planned our honeymoon for 10 days to the Occidental Grand Papagayo Resort in Costa Rica. As we began planning our trip, we had a hard time deciding where to go for our honeymoon, but Laura helped us narrow down our options based on our travel interests (snorkeling, hiking, volcanoes). We chose Costa Rica due to the mix of beach/ocean and nature and Costa Rica did not disappoint - it had everything we wanted and was also reasonably priced, which was important to us. Laura was so honest with us during our planning, which is exactly what we wanted. She would tell us benefits and cons of various resorts and she would share her personal experiences as well as those remarks that she has beard from guests too. From her suggestions (and our own research), we found the Occidental Grand Papagayo Resort. It had everything that we wanted in an all-inclusive resort and it was also adults only, which is great for a honeymoon. Once we determined our destination and resort, Laura did such a great job to book everything for us. She got us a complimentary upgrade to an ocean view suite and we got a wonderful honeymoon package with breakfast in bed, a free massage, and more. She also organized the shuttle service from the airport to the resort (and returning), which worked so smoothly. I highly recommend Laura because she is so helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. We definitely plan to have Laura help us plan our next trip!

While at the Beautiful Rendezvous Resort in St Lucia, a few minor items came up to which Laura quickly responded. That's service even "after the sale" which we really appreciated!!

I "accidentally" found Laura through social media. Lucky me. I couldn't have asked for a better travel agent.
If you're looking for someone to be very responsive to your needs and to really do research on your destination, Laura is your gal. Although she had not been to the destination I ultimately chose, you wouldn't have known it. She really took the time to look into everything from flights to resorts to excursions and everything in between. I am lucky she didn't fire me -- since I was emailing her every other day with more questions. ;)
She was extremely attentive to my needs and she made it all happen perfectly. I'm very fortunate to have found such a sweet travel agent who really thrives on the needs of her clients and really listens to every detail.
I would give her more stars, if available!!

We were debating between a few different countries for our honeymoon. Laura took the time to find resort options at each location and walk us through our options. Ultimately, she helped us book an amazing extended honeymoon, split between two different resorts in St. Lucia!
