Mike helped us out with every aspect of our trip. We had never traveled to Australia before, had a finite budget, finite amount of time to be in Australia but we want to make the most of our time and resources and Mike was spot on with accommodations and with sights to see. My husband and I said on more than one occasion. Mike really knows this area well and has absolutely steered us in the right direction.

From start to finish, Mike was an excellent advisor. He was gracious with the time he spent with myself, my wife and granddaughter helping to plan our trip to Australia, working out all the transportation details concerning the six flights we took, the hotels we stayed in and the tours he recommended. He also provided timely assistance while we were in Australia.

We contacted Mike last minute to help with a 20 day trip. He did a great job. When we ran into a booking problem at a hotel, he was available email to take care of the issue (created by a third party).

I was referred to Mike King by a friend who had worked with him on a trip to Australia 2 years ago. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable about arrangements I would need for my 3-week trip to Australia. He answered my questions and suggested activities to consider, and prepared a customized itinerary to accommodate the places I wanted to visit.Everything went smoothly, such a convenience to have all the details pre-arranged and pre-paid, as well as being prepared with local currency. All I needed to do was show up at the pick-up points on time! I especially liked Port Douglas: stayed at Villa San Michelle, visited the Great Barrier Reef, including an optional helicopter ride!
I had a great time and couldn't believe how fast the 3 weeks went by. This was the first time I've consulted a travel agent to arrange travel; would definitely consider it again for assistance with a complex trip.
