Judy was professional and knowledgeable. She made herself accessible (within reason, as we were 6 hours ahead) and helped navigate the unknowns of traveling abroad. Judy created an itinerary based on our specific requests, while also including suggested activities based on our many conversations together. She was in contact with us numerous times throughout our trip, stepping in to assist with some last minute changes. Judy sent us a clear, concise plan for our trip that was organized by day and duration of stay. This allowed for a well-executed vacation, as every step of the trip was planned ahead of time. I highly recommend working with Judy and Twin Palms World Travel and look forward to our next trip with her!
