I don’t even know where to start! Sue was an angel from day ONE! She got back to me immediately & throughout the entire process she was so responsive, professional, kind & treats you more like family than a client. 2 flights cancelled (Covid) & Sue ensured we were taken care of with new flights. She went above & beyond to ensure every single request we had was taken care of! Then, we had to get tested for Covid 72 hours before our trip (nightmare) & she went OUT OF HER WAY to speak with the lab to make sure we would get results. I don’t think that even falls in her job description?!!! I lost my bag (nightmare) heading to Bora & Sue was right on it making sure i got it back in time for my wedding. She never seemed too busy for us with our questions & made us feel like we were really a priority. I can’t say enough great things about Sue!!!!! Our trip would NOT be what it was without her. She is exactly who you need if you are traveling somewhere you have never been!

Sue is so reliable and helpful, it's like taking an expert with you. When things happen (and they will), she quickly finds great options quickly. More than once I thought I was stranded by a cancelled flight or some emergency would come up where plans needed to be changed. She gets its done. She knows me and my family and what we will like. Her personal experiences help her guide us to good travel choices. In short, travel agent done right!

Susan was amazing. We don’t travel often and she was always there to answer my newbie questions no matter what day or time it was. She had everything planned out for us which made it so easy for us to focus on our wedding instead of stressing over getting everything scheduled for the honeymoon. We have never booked through a travel agent before, and were skeptical at first. Looking back at our honeymoon however, we are so glad we trusted a professional with helping organize our trip. Each time we met with Sue she greeted us with a smile and had an itinerary outlined for us. She suggested resorts and locations we never thought we would be able to work into our budget, and we even ended up upgrading our room and adding an excursion to our vacation. She did an amazing job organizing the specifics of our trip including flights and shuttle services, after a busy week with our wedding it was wonderful knowing we just had to show up for our honeymoon and that everything had been taken care of. We would highly recommend booking your next vacation with Sue!

Sue, from Travel Leaders, was amazing! I have never used a travel agent before, but with covid and all, we decided to go this route. I’m so very glad we did! We didn’t have to worry about all the particulars of traveling abroad as Sue took care of all the many changing details before and during our vacation for us. Plus, if we would have had a problem, all we would have had to do is to contact her and she would have helped us through any obstacles we might have encountered. Working with her took away much of the worry, leaving us with nothing left to do but have fun!
My experience with Travel Leaders was so good that, in the future, I will not travel without contacting them first!

Sue helped to coordinate a bucket list trip to Hawaii. A 10 day trip with two islands, hotel and transfers went smoothly. With the unfortunate fire to Lahaina, she even assisted in moving us to a nearby town.

From our first email inquiry to the last meeting going through the trip itinerary Susan was so helpful and thorough and knowledgeable. Going to a completely new place as well as out of the country, Susan made us feel very well prepared and very excited. Her knowledge and explanation of the whole trip and each transfer was incredible and of course helpful. We hadn't ever went through a Travel Agent for a trip and now it is an absolute must moving forward ; so easy, not expensive (we thought it would be but absolutely not), convenient, and you will feel more prepared for the trip too. Another fantastic thing about working with Susan is the choices she presented ; anything you could want in a vacation, different destinations, she created multiple different packages for us in Such Quick Time! Our trip was better than we ever imagined thanks to you! Everything went like clockwork, transfer people were on time, everyone helpful & happy we were there, accommodations first class, etc. We were spoiled!All the information you shared before we left helped a lot.
Everyplace was a highlight, but the Over the Water Bungalows (I call them tiki huts) in Bora Bora win.

Sue is amazing to work with. We had a group of 8 traveling to Moorea and Bora Bora, during COVID season. She planned everything to move smoothly between islands and helped with testing protocol, and even talked a couple of us off the ledge when we got nervous about all the what ifs! WHY USE A TRAVEL AGENT?

Sue Tindell helped 3 friends and me plan a European vacation for April & May 2020. It was so fun working with her. We booked & pd for the trip in 12/2019 with an upscale tour company. We were excited---Yahoo, plans were set---then the pandemic hit. The tour was cancelled. The tour company was only offering a voucher for future travel with them. For a variety of reasons our group did not want the voucher, we wanted a refund. The tour company wouldn't refund for the cancelled trip. Sue really went to work for us. She tirelessly continued to plead our case with them. After weeks of her persistent contacts, they finally agreed to refund our payments. As soon as Sue received the refund from them, she refunded the $ back to us. There is no question in my mind that if it weren't for Sue, we never would have gotten our money back---it is not something we could have done as individuals. THAT is why you use a travel agent like Sue Tindell

Forever Memories

Working with Sue was an amazing and stress-free experience! From start to finish, we had no worries that things were going to go smoothly! Sue gave us plenty of ideas to begin planning our honeymoon and when we decided on what we wanted to do, which was going out of the country for the first time to Ireland, she assisted us in setting everything up beautifully. For first time abroad travelers, it could not have gone better. Sue told us everything we needed and what items we would need to travel with--even down to when we would need to take the papers out of our bags and put them back in! There was a step she did not miss. I could not have planned our honeymoon without her and will no doubt be doing my traveling arrangements through Travel Leaders and Sue, again and again!
