Tricia was wonderful helping to book our getaway to Mexico. She handled the flights and even notified me when a flight was canceled and got us rebooked on the flight of our choice! Tricia was absolutely amazing! It was our first time using her as our Travel Agent and we couldn't have been happier. We were not sure exactly where we wanted to go, and Tricia gave us plenty of options that included everything we were looking for. When we narrowed it down she shared her experience and knowledge and made sure we got everything for the best price. Up until the day we left she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Tricia even checked in while we were on our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. On our most recent trip, Disney World had to make some changes to our itinerary. Tricia gave me plenty of choices after I gave her my vision and parameters for our trip, then booked the trip in a timely manner, including air travel, transportation from the airport, and resort. I am embarrassed to say I even reached out to her on Christmas day (we were leaving on 12/26) as we were having difficulty checking in with the airline (our fault, not Tricia's). Our recent trip to Disney would not have been as memorable without the help of Tricia! She attended to every single detail and was very prompt with answering any questions about our trip before and during our stay. She gave great recommendations and was able to book all of our requests, such as Bibbidi Boppity Boutique, character meals and The Very Merry Christmas Party. Tricia made our experience in Disney so special, especially for our 7 year old daughter, and took all the stress out of planning!
