Lisa did a fabulous job booking our trip to Moorea and Bora Bora. It is not easy to get to, and all the transfers and details were completely accurate and went without a hitch. As it was our anniversary, Lisa arranged for the hotels to provide little extra gifts for us. That was appreciated. The accommodations were better than expected, and everywhere we went the staff were expecting us and had all our reservations correctly. We would definitely use her again and recommend to people we want to stay friends with!

Thank Lisa so much for a great job on my Tahiti adventure! The tours went well, the weather was perfect, the room was fun (pillows were huge!). I was able to make good friends on the trip, and the trip was more than I expected. I even made it to the top of a mountain on an ATV! I will be using Lisa Hoppe Travel Consulting to book more amazing trips and experiences in the future!

Very responsive and provided options for our trips based on our desires. When we requested a revision to the hotel criteria after seeing the initial options, they did not hesitate to provide updated options. Hotel, air, ground transportation was all taken care of. Made the trip very relaxing!I don't use Travel Agencies much but decided to use one this time because I wanted all my needs addressed. They did not disappoint! Everything (airline, transportation to hotel, excursions, etc) was provided to our satisfaction. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. I plan to use them again in the future.

I can't imagine why there would be any negative reviews for this agency. I've been booking my travel with Lisa since spring 2013 and there is a reason I'm about to book my 5th trip with them, the agency is simply wonderful! Lisa and all of her employees are beyond patient with my many questions and sometimes indecisive nature about where I want to go and each time they help me plan an amazing trip. Whenever I book a trip with them I know there's nothing to worry about as they've thought through all the details and all I need to do is pack and think about how much fun I'm going to have. I think so highly of them twice I've declined to use an agent planning a group trip and had them plan just for me. I've even referred friends to them. Lisa and her agency will be my go to for any travel as long as they're around.

We had such a wonderful time! Everyone on the resort was so friendly and welcoming! We felt very safe and comfortable on the resort. We were able to relax and enjoy the beauty of Punta Cana! The food was really tasty and we enjoyed having so many options! Our experience leaving the resort was great, our shuttle was right on time to take us to the airport and it felt very organized! Great way to end a relaxing trip! Thank you for your help in planning and allowing us to find a place to relax as husband and wife!

Could not be happier with Lisa Hoppe and all of the people working there! My husband and I planned our 10 year wedding anniversary in Hawaii, and we would not have been able to do it without Lisa and all of her hard work! We went to 3 islands and had planned excursions on each island. All I did was let Lisa know what we wanted to do, and they planned it all for us!!! Will use them for all of our future travel needs!

Amazing Trip!

Lisa and her team were fantastic to work with. They took the time to understand what our priorities and budget were and did a great job outline the different honeymoon options (including both pros & cons of each option). We ended up staying at Sandals Emerald Bay and the experience was incredible. Her team was thorough and organized, and we felt well prepared ahead of our honeymoon (which was great during wedding planning-stress). They were very responsive and helpful days leading up to our departure and followed-up to make sure we enjoyed our trip. Cannot wait to use her again for our next destination. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Lisa was great and helped us book a wonderful honeymoon in Ireland. She helped us find all the fun spots in Ireland and give us some really good travel advice. She was quick to answer or numerous questions and was patient and nice. She was great to work with and would recommend! The itinerary was awesome and detailed. Gift basket was a nice touch and last minute answers was appreciated.

Our trip to Italy was incredible! Hotel Savoia was fantastic! The transfers were seamless. The Blue Grotto on Capri was amazing! We definitely want to go back sometime.We spent our birthday at Spiaggia Grande & Fornillo Beach and rented chairs. We took the ferry to Capri and went by rowboat into the Blue Grotto. We arranged a private driver who took us to Pompeii where we walked up Mount Vesuvius and explored the ruins caused by the last eruption. We shopped, we ate, we drank, walked a lot, saw a musical group in the square and a ballet on the beach. Amazing trip! The pictures don’t do it justice.

We had a wonderful trip, were especially pleased with the Outrigger accommodations as well as the Westin’s! Really nice rooms - suite at the Outrigger that looked out at the banyon tree, the lanai right off the room overlooking the lawn and pool area plus the ocean! at the Westin.Flights were fine, although I did mind wearing the mask on the red-eye return flight more than on the flight out. Couldn’t sleep with it very well, but a small complaint!! Nothing to be done about that one.
We both hope we can go back again another time, but there are other places that beckon us too.
Thank you for all you did. You truly booked us an outstanding trip we will remember forever!

Lisa Hoppe planned my honeymoon to Paris and London. My husband and I could not have had a better experience. They planned everything with us every step of the way and were very attentive to get everything exactly the way we wanted it before booking. It was an experience of a lifetime that will be fondly remembered everyday for us. The hotels were exactly what we wanted, and everyone who worked there was very helpful. The tours we were booked on were a great experience and helped us to see more than just the cities we were staying in. We are excited to travel to more places in Europe in the future, and we will be traveling with Lisa Hoppe travel in the future!

Highly recommend! We were very pleased with this travel agency! They were prompt and thorough from the very first time we reached out. The initial email they sent us with potential honeymoon options to review was several pages, and we were amazed by the detail provided. They gave open and honest opinions about resorts, destinations, etc. and made our special trip feel seem like their only priority. They were extremely responsive and followed up on any outstanding items so that we didn't have to keep everything straight ourselves. (Especially important when planning wedding!) We had a wonderful time on our vacation and their suggestions/guidance made all the difference. Thank you for everything!!!

Great experience overall! Used them to book our honeymoon to Jamaica in 2011 and a trip to Universal to see the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in early 2020. Would definitely recommend. 4 stars because I would have appreciated more "advice" when booking some of the services (e.g., we were disappointed with our car service to/from airport and if we had known we would be picking up people at other hotels and in the van for a long time we would have chosen something different).

Lisa Hoppe Travel Agency was a pleasure to work with. Right from the beginning, Mona provided us with prompt service and plenty of options when it came to planning our honeymoon. I had lots of questions (it was my first time using an agent) and she was patient and helpful in answering them. We ran into a bit of a headache with our resort (not Lisa Hoppe's fault) and Mona was quick to resolve it for us! She even threw in a bonus credit for our next booking due to the inconvience. I would absolutely use this agency again and definitely recommend them when booking your next big trip. Great customer service overall!

When you work with a travel agent, the experience needs to be personal. Sitting down face to face with Lisa was pivotal to the entire experience. She takes the time to understand you as a person, and tailor an experience that you will make your friends and family jealous! Lisa Hoppe knows all the ins and outs of travel, and is clearly very well traveled herself, which is an essential part of any agent. When I get the travel itch in the near future, I know who to contact!

We worked with Lisa to book a week long trip to Ireland. She was fantastic. I usually like book our vacations on my own, but rental a car and a foreign country and staying at multiple places it was so easy to go through the travel agency! Lisa and her team helped my wife and I have our dream destination wedding. Throughout the entire process I left like family, and not just another customer. They offered a variety of destination choices within our parameters, and answered all of our (many) questions about the resort and travel process promptly. Lisa met with us to review our final travel documents to make sure we had everything we would need. I felt prepared going on our trip, even with my mind focused on the wedding.
The honeymoon was perfect! Everything we expected, without any hassle or uncertainty about where we were going or needed to be.
