I recently returned from a fantastic mother-daughter trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica, and I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Carrie for making it such a wonderful experience.From the very beginning, Carrie was incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand what we were looking for in a resort – relaxation, beautiful beaches, and delicious food – and found the perfect all-inclusive option for us.
But her service went far beyond just booking the resort. Carrie provided invaluable support leading up to the trip. She sent us detailed information about the resort, including restaurant options and activity schedules. She also anticipated things we might not have thought of, like suggesting what currency to bring and the easiest way to get airport transportation.

Carrie did such an amazing job planning our Alaskan Cruise! She thought of the little things that we never would have thought to. For instance, when she found our room, she got us on the starboard side of the ship that had the best views while we were cruising (we would not have seen these on the way back because we took a different route). She also put us somewhat toward the back of the cruise ship, which was far less crowded and easier to use snag an elevator. She also booked a ride back to the airport from the ship, and this made everything so much easier for us. She was a huge resource to figuring out whether passports were needed for certain stops, how to book excursions, and got us a fantastic package that made for a memorable and smooth trip. I will be using Carrie for as many foreseeable trips as possible, and recommending her to anyone I know who's traveling.
