April is SO easy to work with. She made planning our Disney trips fun and STRESS FREE. There are so many things that go into a Disney Vacation and it can be very overwhelming, however April helped us with everything and anything in between. She knows her way around the parks, resorts etc. which makes her a wealth of knowledge for anything Disney related. I cannot recommend her enough to friends and family! We are excited to plan many many more Disney Vacations with her in the future!

Magical

Ms. April helped our family plan a trip to Universal and Disney. This was the first time my husband and our kids have ever been. Our oldest has Autism and our family has many medical needs and family food allergies. Ms. April really went out of her way to make sure our trip was magical. She spent time asking all three of our children what they wanted to do while at Universal and all of the Disney Parks. She even provided links and videos for our family to watch. Ms. April worked with us, listened to my vision for the trip, and made it all happen. When we had an issue with the dinning plan, all I had to do was call her. We were frustrated, upset, and scared due to an allergic reaction. Despite it being after working hours, Ms. April was all over it and took care of things for us. That in itself was HUGE! She was up extra early on ride booking day and took care of all of it for us. Having Ms. April as our travel agent was everything and more!

COVID Had Other Plans

Very positive. April received no compensation for all of the planning she helped us with booking Disney World before the COVID pandemic. Like many other oldsters we have continued to stay home. We hope the day comes that we can take the trip from Oregon and would not hesitate to call April.

This was our 2nd time using Ms. April for our vacation planning. My dream has been to go to Saint Lucia for a honeymoon/anniversary trip. It has been 9 years in the making. When I asked Ms. April about it, she said we could make it happen. We ended up going to Sandals Grande Saint Lucian. It was my first time leaving our children and I was very worried. She eased my worries and reminded me how much fun we would have and how much we deserved a vacation just for us. Besides Ms. April’s personality, I love how organized she is. Each trip she has planned for us, she provided a schedule for us to print out and take with. That is important to us. Ms. April is so much more than just a travel agent, she has become a friend! I am thankful for her knowledge and expertise to planning my dream vacations! Oh and Saint Lucia, if you have not been, you need to go! It is all that and more!!

April’s agency was referred to me by a coworker. When I them I was surprised that we would be helped by the owner (April). April was always available to speak with us to help us with the planning process as this was our first true trip to Disney. This was also a surprise for our children and she helped us with keeping it that way. Being that this was a family trip, April helped us in locating the right resort where we had enough space for all of us. Everything went about as smoothly as could go for the trip. It truly was a trip of a lifetime for our family. We would absolutely use April again for our trip planning; just have to save up for that next big trip!

It was a great experience working with April to plan our Disney trip.During the initial planning we had multiple phone calls and she had such great suggestions for the order in which we go to the parks, the restaurants, and so many great tips!
She helped us schedule and reschedule several times during the covid shut downs. We had to cancel the cruise and she helped us add in the Universal Parks. She was there to ask any last minute questions too.
We had an amazing trip, the kids are still talking about it.
We would still love to do that Disney cruise in the future and will definitely contact April!

April helped us plan our 30th Anniversary Disney Cruise. She was so helpful getting it all planned. She answered all of our questions and spent an afternoon going step by step through the protocols and procedures for embarkation. She was so much help I recommended my sister call her to setup her cruise and when Covid quarantine hit them she helped get it cancelled for her. She went above and beyond. She even surprised us with a gift in our cabin. I will use April again when we plan our next vacation.

We have done 3 Disney trips with April now and I will ALWAYS use her and ALWAYS recommend her to all of our friends, family and even a few strangers! Disney can be very overwhelming and with her help I didn’t have to stress about any of it. Her knowledge and experience with visiting herself is VERY helpful. I’d prefer to have someone planning my trips that as been where I’m going so they can recommend the best things to see, eat and experience, so I really appreciate that. Using April all these years has saved me lots of grey hairs, but she has also made the planning fun! Last, but certainly not least I’ve made a forever friend in the process, who I can trust with all my traveling needs!

I’ve worked with April since 2017 and she’s amazing!!! She’s extremely knowledgeable and patient!! April has planned several trips for our family. I’m notorious for changing plans at the very last minute and she’s not only accommodating but eager to help ensure our vacation is memorable and relaxing!!
We have a very challenging family to plan a vacation for. Our sons range in age from 1 all the way up to 25 and April always ensures there are activities that will please everyone!!
