I have been a concierge agent with Wishes Family Travel since 2015. My family and I enjoy traveling together. We make lasting memories on every trip! My passion is helping others by planning their vacations.
I am a full-service travel architect. I will help in all aspects of planning, leaving you stress free! I also specialize in accessible travel. I have been in a wheelchair for 19 years. I have seen a lot when it comes to getting around barriers when traveling.
I provide travel planning for Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney and Aulani, Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Hollywood, Sandals and Beaches Resorts, many other all-inclusive resorts and lots of other locations worldwide!

The Trip of a Lifetime

Erin is wonderful. I've used her on more than one occasion. She took a diverse group of family members (age 6 to 84) and ensured each of us had the vacation we dreamed of. She was extremely detailed oriented, which made our trip headache free. Erin goes the extra mile. For example, months after one of our trips when I was trying to print a photo for a family member and couldn't find the release, all I had to do was call her and it was done in an instant. I don't think you could find a better more caring person that knows all the ins and outs of Disney and Universal Theme Parks. I wouldn't dream of planning a vacation without her.

Erin is one of the MOST hardworking and dedicated travel agents I have ever met. We were stuck in the Jackson International Airport during Snowmageddon and anyone from Mississippi can tell you traveling ANYWHERE in MS during a snowstorm is a nightmare. Erin worked tirelessly to update our travel itinerary, including fast passes and dining reservations we had long since booked. She saved our trip and turned a long awaited trip from a heartache into one of the most magical vacations!
