Shari was amazing to work with! She helped us bridge the gap with our wedding coordinators for our destination wedding in Mexico. We were having trouble communicating with them and Shari saved the day by calling the resort wedding planners and communicating directly with them, getting us confirmation of our wedding date, negotiating pricing with them on our specialty wedding package, and securing all our resort room bookings. Our family loved working with her too. She’s so friendly and personable. She gave us so much peace of mind and was just a delight to work with. She is so prompt, experienced and eased so many of our concerns doing a destination wedding. She’s worth her weight in gold! We were so fortunate to have found her. Our wedding was a dream come true! We feel so lucky to have worked with Shari planning our wedding. She helped us from the get-go to narrow down not only a destination but also a suitable resort for our day. Considering our budget and accommodation preferences, Shari provided us with a handful of resorts for us to choose from. Her knowledge and expertise were so helpful to us in the planning process and was always willing to help with any discrepancies we had with the resort. We shared her information to our guests (200 people) and there was a single negative review. Shari was always honest and transparent; never afraid to admit if booking elsewhere were cheaper. As if all her effort in planning our big day wasn’t enough, Shari continued to go above and beyond. My Grandma fell and broke her hip in the Charlotte airport, and Shari helped my mom with the insurance claims process for over a month past our wedding. From start to finish…and beyond Shari has been there for us. I couldn’t imagine a better agent to work with.
