Working with Shelly was a game-changer! I have done a lot of vacation planning on my own, but when I needed to plan a cruise on two different occasions I called on the expert and was so glad I did! On my girls trip, we had travelers from the U.S. and international and Shelly knew and organized all of the regulations and travel documents we needed, which I had no idea about. On our family trip, she stayed on top of the best deals, promotions and unfortunately when COVID hit and our cruise was cancelled she handled all of the LONG waiting time phone calls to get our refund. She is so knowledgeable that it’s easy so save extra money on your travels just by her recommendations and the best part (for a budget conscious lady like me) we didn’t pay any extra for her services!! I would recommend using Shelly to anyone...expert knowledge, always happy to help, amazing customer service and fun to deal with!
