Highly recommend Horizon Escapes - Magical Mona is fantastic at putting together best vacation ever. We celebrated 50th. (Golden Anniversary) at Disney World and Mona made ALL our dreams come true. Infact, Mona worked her magic and got us dinner reservations at prestigious Victoria & Albert's Restaurant. It was an experience beyond our dreams. She took care of every planning detail which eliminated all the stress for us. All we had to do was enjoy our excitement and totally enjoy our celebration vacation. Mona @ HorizonEscapes is and will forever be our "Golden Tinkerbell". Thank you Mona for making our dreams a reality. We wished upon a star and pixie dust sent us Mona. Hello!I would highly recommend Horizon Escapes for your next trip. Mona helped me plan a Disney Vacation for our family, 11 people that was including 5 kids, and took care of everything!
Flight, including checking us in and boarding, hotel, fast passes, all the info which she printed up and laminated into a booklet, with your info and tips, sent us letters, made the girls up special letters departing and arriving at Disney, designed T-shirt’s for me, and was on call.
She goes above and beyond, and I would not use anyone else for our next trip.

Horizon Escapes has been my go to travel agency for a few years now, each time Mona has put together the perfect vacation and couldn't thank her enough for all she's done! Our most recent was to Sandals South Coast in Jamaica and it was absolutely amazing! My husband and I were scheduled to take this trip the year prior but when I found out we were expecting we decided to postpone. Mona helped us every step of the way, from beginning to end we knew we were in great hands and took the stress of having to re-plan our vacation off our shoulders. Our destination wedding in Montego Bay, Jamaica in August was a dream come true! Our wedding planners, Amy and Mona were amazing to work with! We initially discussed our wish list with them at our complimentary meeting and that wishlist was fulfilled!We worked together through an online site/app called Trello, where we were given a timeline for everything we needed in order to plan a wedding! This is where we would also ask questions and share our vision, Amy and Mona were quick to respond and answer all questions asked!
They worked with the resort for the room block and all of our guests were able to book directly through Amy and Mona! They also planned our excursions for us and our guests!
To top it off, Amy and Mona made our welcome bags for our guests and they were perfect!
We were so pleased with the entire experience from start to end! Amy and Mona were also able to come to the wedding to oversee everything with the resort wedding planner on-site, which was a relief

We just came back from Sandals Southcoast Jamiaca. It was a wonderfultrip. Mona Dean was my travel agent. She made this trip so seamless. She did everything and anything I asked. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a trip to remember for life. We had a great time! I can’t say enough about the fabulous work Mona did for us.
