I have nothing but good things to say about my experience working with THEE Ms. Susan Shure! I was in a time pinch to plan a short honeymoon for me and my fiancee. We only had 1 month before our wedding! From my first encounter Susan was pleasant, attentive, and always displayed a sense of professionalism. When I reached out Susan responded within a reasonable amount of time. She never made us feel like we were floating alone in outer space. She was present throughout the process which was a relief. We wouldn't have had any cost to us because the suppliers normally cover the cost of the agent. However, the destination we chose didn't work with travel agents. It was well worth the small $50 fee, rather, reward, that we gladly paid Susan for 10 days worth of diligent work and effort to plan our trip. Susan was a breath of fresh air and we look forward to planning our next trip with her soon. (We'll try to take it a bit easier on you next time, Susan...LOL!)

Based on our amazing experience with Susan in planning our family trip to Italy, it really was a no-brained to utilize her expertise for our trip to Jamaica.

Susan is unfailingly available and has excellent options, even at the last minute. She found us a great hotel in Key West and we had the absolute best time.
When I was in Paris she helped us navigate the strikes and closures to help make our trip seemless!!
