Based on my friends very positive reviews, we booked a 2-day Angkor Wat tour with Big City Trip and used them to arrange our overland car transport from Siem Reap to Bangkok.I found the service and response of Moiz to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. My emails were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to. The $110 charged for my sedan ride to Bangkok for my family seemed like very good value.

I was referred to Moiz by another teacher who was also stuck in China with me and Moiz got him out in two weeks where as all other agents were not even ready to help us. I called up and I was out on the next flight just couple of days ahead of my work visa getting expired.

I had an emergency and we Missed our international flight from Houston and airline staff was not so friendly to get us on next flight . I called Moiz and he got us on the next flight to Dallas and connected us on our way to destination the same day. Even the airline staff was shocked to see how quickly I was back at the counter with my new flight reservation and reaching the destination an hr later feom the original flight.
