Kelli is a gift that keeps on giving (literally). She was tasked with coordinating a trip for 3 families, 5 countries, for 22 days. As you can imagine there were a lot of moving parts to plan. She thought of everything from the transportation (arranging private transfers, trains, planes, & water taxi) while being thoughtful about how to best use our time (train vs. plane) & keeping budget in mind. Our entire trip was loaded into a beautiful user-friendly app that also held all our documents & tickets. Kelli is very organized, dependable, a joy to work with, and puts her heart into making sure the trip is special. Her level of caring felt as if she were planning it for her own family. To top of an amazing experience, we were greeted with a welcome gift in our room to start the trip and a welcome home gift to end the trip. A total pleasure to work with..

Kelli planned a phenomenal Alaskan Cruise for my family. From the initial contact to the day we embarked, Kelli was accessible, and responsive, and worked tirelessly to give my family the best trip possible. At one point, when the cruise line separated our room (wife and me) from our kids' room (without notification), Kelli was relentless in solving the problem and ensuring we were close enough to keep an eye on things.

Kelli also had a special treat waiting for us in our staterooms (chocolate-covered strawberries) and even decorated my parents' room for their anniversary. It is evident that this isn't just a job for Kelli but a passion...she truly found joy in making sure our trip was memorable. Thank you so much, Kelli!

Kelli was a joy to work with! She was given a complex task of two families vacationing together coming and going at different times throughout the trip. She listened to what we wanted and our feedback to the initial finds and landed our families with a great resort, flights and suggestions for activities. When I asked for flight additions after our trip was purchased, she worked with us on figuring out solutions. She also kept us in the loop and sent us off well right before we left.
