My fiancé wanted to take me to Bora Bora for my birthday and was very stressed during the planning stage. Very attentive and caringy at all hours of the day.

The process was very easy and detailed. Estelle did the air fare, resort accommodations, and excursions for us. We had an issue with the first leg of the trip being delayed. Estelle was on top of things and made our flight changes to get us to our destination as quickly as possible. Since we had travel insurance purchased through Estelle, sh handled requesting the refund for our missed excursion and our one day of resort refund. She did all the initial paperwork. ALl we had to do was basically sign the claim. I would use Estelle again in a heart beat.

We used Estelle in 2018 for our Italy trip and she did a great job. In 2022 Estelle did another great job arranging for our Greece vacation. It was truly amazing! The tip we are most appreciative about is to pack with a carryon bag. Greece between islands is very strict with their 22X14X9’ requirements and if you go over they make you check your bag. The lines to do checked bags all over Greece were insane, like 2+ hours wait and so long. We whizzed through since we had carryon only and security was a breeze. It was interesting that they pack you in buses and take you to your flight which is on the tarmac in Athens. We wore our mask in all airports, plans and buses. We ate outside for nearly every meal as the weather was very pleasant. Everything went smoothly and we highly recommend Estelle. We will use her again for our next trip for sure.

Wonderful Trip to France. Our travel agent Estelle Wilkinson worked to plan a wonderful trip to fit out budget. The hotels were very nice and safe boutique hotels that were gracious and accommodating. The travel Estelle booked was exceptional and went off without a hitch. Thank you Estelle for your hard work!

Estelle was an absolute dream to work with! She created a custom itinerary that left no stone unturned! She even enlisted a local Egyptologist as our private guide! We started in Cairo/Giza with the pyramids, a camel ride, the solar boat and Egyptian museums to see the royal mummies! After a few days we flew to Luxor and boarded a fantastic Nile cruise. We stopped to visit the Karnak and Luxor temples then we had a night carriage ride! One of the highlights of the trip was the hot air balloon ride to watch the sunrise over The Valley of the Kings...! We later visited the temple of Queen Hatsheput and the statues of Memmon and sailed towards the Edfu temple of Horus! We then sailed on to visit Kom Ombo temple eventually sailing towards Aswan. In Aswan we visited Philae! We flew back to Cairo and then visited the Islamic and Coptic Cairo. The next day we took a road trip to Alexandria. Estelle was perfect to work with! All I had to do was literally pay, show up, have fun and live!

Admittedly I have booked my own trips in the past. However, good friends of ours came back from Italy and could not stop raving about how wonderful Estelle was and that the only thing they had to worry about was finding the driver with their name on the placard at the airport. So we decided to use her for our trip to Ireland. Best move we ever made. She IS amazing. We told her some directional things we wanted to do and she did the rest. She is super organized and sent us copies of the Itinerary and was in constant contact with our tours and hotels. What you fail to recognize that when you book your own trip, if there are delays, changes, etc... you have to coordinate the impact. Well with Estelle, we were delayed due to the Nor'easter and she handled all of the impacts for us and rearranged our schedule in real-time. AMAZING. I and my extended family will be using Estelle for ALL of our trips moving forward.

This is my second time booking a trip through Estelle. During my first trip, an Italian airline lost my luggage. I texted Estelle at 4am her time and got an almost instantaneous response that she was on it. Several hours later the bags magically arrived to my hotel. This time my plane got delayed by an entire day. I let Estelle know and she re-arranged my transportation for me and contacting me to make sure I was picked up.
The best part, Estelle did not charge me additional fee - I paid same as what Kayak wanted - but I got a personal concierge who ensured everything was spot on, my transportation was waiting for me when I arrived, my bags were found by the airline, and I enjoyed the trip. Cannot recommend her enough.

Estelle helped my wife and I plan our honeymoon to French Polynesia, from which we have just returned. Neither my wife nor I had ever been to French Polynesia so we had a lot of questions. Arranged an 8-day trip to Spain (4 days in Barcelona, 4 in Madrid). Super responsive, and knew exactly how to tweak our itinerary to meet our needs as we thought about the kinds of things we wanted to do. Materials provided for the trip were well organized and accurate.

Stayed in 2 hotels, both of which were from the "Catalonia" chain. Both were very nice... would stay at either place again. Breakfast was included, and was delicious. Tour guides were great. Drivers were on time. No hitches at all!

The only thing we'd change is the length of time on the excursions. We took a wonderful day trip to Montserrat from Barcelona that gave us a couple hours up on the mountain by the monastery, but we could have used a couple more hours (the art museum alone is worth 2 hours). Similarly, our day-long trip to Avila and Segovia was way too short... we probably should have done the whole day in Segovia. Well, at least we left wanting more!
