I have used Kim’s agency for multiple trips to Disney, Universal Studios and a Mediterranean cruise. She always has the best of tips and tricks such as navigating the Genie app, getting the best room and view and within my budget. I didn’t think the cruise was feasible for me until explained the different season of cruising and how to manage my trip

We have booked multiple trips with Magic Family Getaways. Kim and her agents are brilliant at what they do. We have done every trip version for WDW - with just our immediate family, with grandparents, and one amazing trip with a huge group of friends. Kim’s agency knows exactly what is needed in every scenario. For the big group trip we had VIP guides which made the trip so memorable. They gracefully guided our group of 20+ through multiple parks, skipping lines and showing us secret spots. It was a trip we will never forget. Our next trip will be a Royal Caribbean cruise. This is a first for our family and Kim’s agency has been predictably helpful and informative! They take all the pressure off of vacation planning, which is a great feeling.

Family Fun, Allergy Friendly... Disney!!

We had the very best day at Star Wars! I followed the directions this morning and got a virtual queue for the Rise ride and my kids went nuts over it!! They are so happy. What a nice family experience. Hollywood studios (Star Wars) was definitely our favorite. The Grand Floridian hotel is lovely (my husband really likes it and he’s super picky) and so accommodating to my son for all of his allergies. In fact, every place we ate at Disney was extremely accommodating. I can’t thank you enough. This is a really nice place for family fun, and especially easy for people who have children with a zillion allergies. Such a nice way to end our time in Florida! I Can’t thank you enough! We were previously not Disney people, now we love it and would definitely return. Maybe when our youngest is taller and can go on more rides!
