Tinisyha was wonderful to work with. She responded to all our questions in a timely fashion. When we ran into a problem she was able to help us immediately even with the huge time difference. She was very knowledgeable and helped us with every step of the planning process. She went above and beyond and we are extremely thankful for everything she did for our family. We will definitely contact Tinisyha for our next family trip.

The experience was phenomenal- it was smooth- professional- super helpful from the deposit to payments and even during the trip. She ensured that we worried about nothing but enjoying ourselves. Very detailed oriented which took pressure off of us. She was very knowledgeable which allowed any questions to be addressed in a timely manner. She was amaaazing!!!

Tinishya is AWESOME!! She made everything seemed less complicated and enjoyable. She spent time to explain everything to me and my family (giving the fact that this was our first family trip- and first time traveling with kids) she was very thorough and very helpful. Tinishyha was always available to answer any concerns or questions and always provided us with the information we needed and the helpful tips/advice for a great relaxing getaway.
