Shauna made booking our trip EASY PEASY! We had never been to Universal Studios before. Shauna booked us at the Lowes hotel, admission tickets and express passes all in one. Shauna also sent us frequent email reminders with updates about mask mandates (no masks by the time we visited!). Would highly recommend Shauna.

Birthday Celebration

My best friend and myself were attempting to plan a birthday vacation. With the amount of hours we both were working it looked like it was not going to happen. I was given Shauna's name through Facebook and I'm so glad I did. When I first contacted her she was on vacation herself and sent me a quick e-mail that she would be in the office on Monday and we could talk then, which I thought was amazing. We had some requests ( Adults only, All inclusive and Casino on location). Shauna was very accommodating and timely in all her responses. She set us up in an beautiful location for a great price and checked all of our boxes. The travel was smooth with all of our transportation already set up. I would rate the trip 10/10. I am looking to planning my next trip with Shauna soon!

Shauna was so helpful!! I find travel planning to be so stressful, I always end up going down a rabbit hole reading random reviews online and more indecisive than when I started. It’s nice to have an expert that can give honest insight to help make decisions. I don’t know why we haven’t used a travel agent all these years and Shauna is proof a TA is a game changer!!

Shauna is wonderful travel agent to work with and so accommodating, answering our many many questions while booking our first family vacation!! She is knowledgeable about and kept us informed of travel guidelines and restrictions during Covid-19, which has kept us at ease. She even offered to enter our Park Pass & Hotel info into the My Disney Experience app for us, which we happily welcomed! Very professional and helpful, we will definitely be working with Shauna to book our next family vacation. Highly recommend!

Covid honeymoon!

Shauna was always available and crafted a perfect honeymoon for us! We booked during covid and she made sure we knew all the rules and everything was perfectly set up for us! We will definitely book through her again and refer to friends and family!

Kids had a GREAT Disney World Experience

We knew that we needed help planning our Disney World trip for 2 adults and 2 kids and wasn't sure where to begin. I did an internet search for Disney travel agents and starting reading reviews to help find an agent that was authorized for Disney Vacation packages, had a 5 star rating and had a minimum of 30 ratings on Google. I found Shauna and even though we did not live in her area, I submitted the vacation form on her site and she got to work! Gave us options for resorts, booked reservations for lunch and dinner while in park at places she thought we'd enjoy, provided key tips/tricks to help save a few dollars so we could focus spending on the experience! Overall very pleased we went with an agent and specifically went with Shauna for her communication, answer all our questions and her GREAT recommendations for places to eat! The kids had the time of their lives' that was evident in all the pics Disney took or we captured on our phones!

Shauna was so very helpful in planning our trip to Disney World. She took care of communicating with Disney to get our tickets booked using a credit we had with them from 2020, which I know was a lot of time spent on the phone. Shauna made recommendations about where to stay and booked the room for us. She was available throughout the planning to answer questions or give recommendations. She also offered to help with any questions or concerns when we were in the park. It really was great working with Shauna! She made sure we understood Genie Plus and had lots of tips for making the most of our park visits. We had the best time, and Shauna was a big reason we were so prepared.

Shauna was extremely friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and detailed. She worked with us to make the best trip for our teens to Universal & Disney. For those of you that don't know, getting tickets and understanding all of the passes at all of the parks is quite overwhelming, but Shauna sent a packet of tips and tricks and recommendations which helped take the guess work out of it, and saved us a ton of time that we didn't have to take researching. She was proactive, knowing she would be out of the office while we were on our trip, she gave us the details of her colleague as a backup if we needed anything. Then, even after our trip, she followed up to make sure we had a great time. I highly recommend her for your travel needs.

Shauna was a huge help while booking our Disney vacation for Mickey's Merriest Christmas Celebration. She helped us decide on which parks would be best for the 6 year old's going with us, she recommended the most delicious restaurants and recommended we stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge which was the best!
