Claudia has made organising all my trips so effortless and actually enjoyable. She always responds super fast and is very amenable if I need any changes. Claudia really gets to know what we as a family will love and what will work for us. I have recommended her to all my friends and family.

Claudia picked out a resort that she knew would suit us perfectly. She understands exactly what we want and chose a destination that we would never have thought of.

As always, Claudia managed the whole trip end to end and it went as smoothly as possible. When the internal flight was delayed (Obviously completely unavoidably) she was on hand to help resolve the situation despite it being late on a Sunday night.

She also managed to get our villa upgraded and some very thoughtful freebies left in our room.

Song Saa itself was absolutely amazing and we immediately booked to return the following year. It is a beautiful resort with amazing snorkelling. The food is sensational, the villas are beautiful and there was plenty for us and the kids to do. The service was amongst the best I have ever experienced. The resort is also funding amazing work in the nearby communities which we felt very privileged to visit. It was a humbling experience for the whole family.

Claudia has been fantastic to work with. She has been booking our holidays for many years and I’ve recommended her to a number of people who now all use her too! I wouldn’t use anyone else!
