I cannot express my thanks and happiness with my recent trip!!!! Donna worked with me every step of the way creating my DREAM vacation to Scotland!!!! If there were any changes with flights, she was right on it giving me updates and she was ready with a backup flight when the airline delayed us 2 hours just incase we missed our connecting flight. Looking at everything I got to do and the places I got to stay (A CASTLE!!! A real honest to goodness CASTLE!!) you can rest assured that she only partners with the best in country travel companies to precisely fine tune your vacation experience. I highly recommend using That vacation Lady for all of your vacation needs!!!!!!! I’m already looking and planning our next trip with her!!!! Now if I could just get her to unpack my suitcase….

Had a great trip to Disney and Universal Studios thanks to Donna, "That Vacation Lady." She helped navigate me and my family through the complicated world of visiting Disney World and was very patient throughout the process. I appreciated her helpful reminders at key stages. Trip to Paradise

What a wonderful vacation we had in Paradise aka: Jamaica - Couples Resort! We were extremely satisfied with the trip plans developed by Donna Adamson - [email protected] . We had never used a travel agent but thought we would give it a try. We contacted Donna and gave her an idea of what we were looking for in a resort and what type of accommodations we wanted. She quickly got back to us with her recommendation.She hit it out of the park! An all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean with the perfect room accommodations and within our budget range. She was very responsive to all our questions leading up to the trip and checked in with us while at the resort to make sure everything was running smoothly as planned.
In the past we planned our own vacations, but this flawless trip made us appreciate the benefits of a travel agent's assistance.

Universal Trip

Donna is great. Very patient and thoughtful. She is also very direct and succinct in her communication so there isn't a lot of round about stuff. Her service made our important family trip easy to plan and deal with before and during our trip. There were no headaches to have to deal with and anything I didn't understand or was curious about she explained and clarified very well. I say it was totally worth it.
