My name is Shae and like many of you, I LOVE to travel and visit new places. I have traveled many places around the world, but my list is still long and growing. 

I believe every vacation should be a stress-free experience, but with so many options, it's nearly an impossible task. That's where I come in! I am a planner by nature. Planning a vacation is something I truly enjoy. I love helping families, friends, and groups make memories that will last a life time.

• Expertise/Knowledge - I have spent time learning each brand and vendor so I can answer questions and concerns for my clients. I continue to take the classes and training to make sure I am up to date on all new procedures.
• Valued Research - Each family is unique and has different needs. I am equipped, through my training, to address and meet those needs. If a vender/destination cannot meet my clients needs, I will be able to offer an alternative solution.
• An Advocate - When changes need to be made or if a client needs to cancel for any reason, I am there to handle everything. There are times a call must be placed to a vendor. The hold times are never pleasant, but when you book with me, I handle those lengthy calls on your behalf and I am on your side! A satisfied customer is a repeat customer.
• My Time - Life is busy and time is not always easy to come by. When you need to make the park reservations, dining reservations, or schedule the car rental, I am there to offer my time. When new promos or discounts become available, I will make sure you are getting the best price available.
