Mallory was patient, honest and responsive. Three characteristics that are important in vacation planning - especially for my group! She helped to create a truly wonderful and memorable experience for my husband’s 50th birthday. It was the perfect mix of everything we desired and even when there were hiccups, everything else was so professionally done that we were able to quickly pivot. She carefully packaged all of the information that we needed before and during our trip which made it all fairly seamless. Mallory planned one of the best vacations we have ever been on. She took our vague ideas about going to Italy and Greece and turned them into a luxury itinerary that was perfect for us. She even planned a vegan cooking class and gave me several vegan restaurant suggestions in each city I visited. We loved not having to worry about anything before and during our trip. When our original departure flight was canceled, it was a relief to know that Mallory was working to find alternative options for us so we didn't have to be worried at all. Mallory Jones was amazing to work with! I never once tried to contact her that she didn’t respond immediately. Our family vacation to Palm Beach was exactly what our family needed. We expressed our dietary restrictions to Mallory and she made it a point to find restaurants that could meet those restrictions. Mallory was amazing! She curated an amazing spring break trip for me and my friend’s first time in London and Paris. I was nervous working with a travel advisor at first because I never had such experience. Mallory made the whole process simple and stress free! I was really impressed with the whole process from gathering information about our interest and reasons for traveling, to finalizing the smallest details in our itinerary. The itinerary itself was amazing. She provided us with detailed information about our planned activities for example, what to expect, time, and meeting points. It was all so very thorough, and carefully curated to meet our intended desires for the trip. She planned some of the most fun experiences I have ever had while on a vacation. She was always available if we had any questions or wanted to make changes to the trip. She was there for us every step of the way, and ensured we had a luxurious experience.
