We are beyond glad that we had Martha Jane to help us with our first all inclusive trip, we would've been so stressed out planning it if we did not have her! Martha Jane Alexander was absolutely amazing to work with. She went above and beyond in planning our vacation and even searched to find specific requests (like swimming with sharks??). It was awesome! She made this trip easy and fun! All we had to do is get there and have tons of fun! She has some of that Disney magic too. Martha Jane was fabulous to work with. I had no clue where to start when booking our honeymoon and especially with COVID and leaving the country, she was able to guide us and give us all the details and information we needed! Then the resort delayed in opening and Martha Jane took control and rebooked us, got us new flights from where we moved and got us some amazing excursions while there! Marth goes above and beyond! She was so helpful and responsive from start to finish! We were having a hard time narrowing down our options of where we wanted to go on our honeymoon and Martha sent us multiple options with all details of resorts at each destination which was super helpful! If we had a question she did not know the answer to, she would find the answer. She gave us travel tips such as covid testing/travel authorizations/documentation for traveling which was such a help and made traveling much easier and less stressful. She went above and beyond and we are so happy we found her to help us plan our honeymoon!!

Martha Jane went above and beyond to make our trip magical. During our trip, Southwest and American Airlines canceled our flights which started our journey on a very sour note! Martha Jane was helpiex us locate a car rental to drive instead of having a 2 day delay to Orlando. She checked on us several times as we traveled from Knoxville to Orlando. She even sent us a popcorn basket to make our day brighter!!
