She truly imitates DCL wait service by anticipating needs before I even know what I need! Why would I ever use another travel agent?! In fact, I scheduled a DCL trip a few months ago, and I needed to push it out due to several unplanned life realities - one being my mom’s death. Having to move the trip stressed me out, but Lisa literally had that handled so quickly and perfectly! This will be my sixth trip working with her, and I am still compelled to shout her praises. Lisa is the best travel agent EVER! She took care of every detail imaginable. She left no stone unturned. From the big plans to the small plans, she did it all. She is very knowledgable! If an issue does arise during your trip and a Disney cast member can not fix it, rest assured that Lisa will do everything in her power to correct it! She's that awesome. She puts her all into planning your trip! We are blessed to have found her!

Lisa is flexible and ready to apply any type of new discount to trip bookings. She sends out e-mails to remind you of important changes prior to the trip. For instance BOG started offering fast passes for quick service, and an e-mail went out alerting me of that. During this trip, we had three BOG reservations one of which was Quick Service. Eating there is so wonderful, and it is such a hard reservation to get. When I did not receive my room requests that Lisa included with my reservation, I asked the hotel for a different room. I was eventually upgraded to a theme park view at Contemporary, since I previously had a Bay Lake view. Lisa made a follow-up telephone call to support the change. I appreciated her doing this, because it validated my concerns. I always appreciate using Lisa's service, and I will continue to do so. She understands the little things. My last travel agent referred to me as 'Miss Piggy,' because I only stay at Disney resorts, and I like things a certain way. Obviously, I dropped this TA, because Lisa totally gets my style, and she doesn't think I'm overly demanding. When you pay for a deluxe room, and you plan in advance for a specific type of room, then at least one of your requests would be accommodated. It is just nice to work with someone that doesn't judge your travel style no matter what that is.

Lisa is ahhmazing to work with; from the planning stage to the trip back home. She is always there to answer questions, even if there are miles and miles of those. lol. I felt very comfortable through the entire process with Lisa and never felt like I was going to have less than a stellar time on my vacation. Lisa...where do I even start? There are so many positive adjectives that I could use to describe her as a person, a travel agent and can even call her my friend! We planned our Disney trip in 2013 with Lisa and couldn't have been more excited! We ended up moving out of state, having 2 job changes and buying a house all before our planned Dec 2014 Disney vacation. Lisa was MORE than happy to help change the dates multiple times to help accommodate circumstances out of our control! Even when I asked to merely moved it up 1 week so we did not miss the Frozen characters!!! We moved our trip to May 2015. She was happy to answer the MANY questions I asked throughout the year before our trip. Our vacation was more than perfect. We have 3 kids ages, 5, 3, and 2 and they were in Disney heaven! The fact that her helping saved me so much time that I would have spent on the phone with reservations was completely worth it! We will definitely use Lisa again for our future Disney vacation!

I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa on a Disney vacation and from there I never booked or planned by myself again. She brings a love and enthusiasm to your trip you simply will not get anywhere else. I bet that Walt himself would have booked with her. Even for the smaller things like a room here at Disneyland where I am only 45 miles from and surely could find one easily, well she got one for me at almost 1/2 the price I was quoted going with someone else as well as making it great. She does all my travel now and when I talk of Disney cruise, which I do a lot its not too long after that the person asks who they should contact and I whip out her email and phone fast. Don't do Disney stuff on your own, you will miss out on a lot and the magic you so want to see and feel could be dimmed but go with someone who knows its inside and out and you will be amazed. Lisa is so knowledgeable about the Disney and Universal experiences! She was amazing to work with!! I had so many questions and Lisa patiently answered every one of them in a timely manner! We booked later than we should have (it was already within the 90 days), but Lisa still managed to get us amazing table reservations for 12, including 2 character lunches that were absolute hits with the kids!!
