Sylvia provided a complete itinerary of all the activities for each day, including additional tours, as well as the names of the tour guides and drivers. Durian the trip she made sure everything went well according to the schedule.

Italy 2023 with family to 4 cities

Sylvia handled the accomodations for a family of five to Italy in September 2023. It was a huge timesaver to have her expertise in locating hotels and apartments in accordance with the budget. Her phone app was extremely helpful in providing the details and contacts of each place, flights, tours, etc. all in one place. Sylvia is absolutely the best. She put together two separate trips for us with our grandchildren, arranging every single detail from flights to hotels, tours, and activities. And her work didn't stop once we had booked. She stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was in order. On one trip she took my call in the middle of the night to arrange new flights and an extra hotel stay when we were delayed by weather. She also negotiated refunds from our resort and airline.
