Disney World is a dream vacation for many families, but the options that are available to you can be overwhelming. With dozens of resorts, hundreds of restaurants and four different theme parks to maneuver, it can seem like more work than play when you are planning your vacation.
I can change all of that for you.
I participate in an ongoing specialized training program through the College of Disney Knowledge so that I can keep up to date on all things Disney including Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruises, Adventures by Disney and Aulani, a Disney resort and spa. I can narrow down your options for you, and provide you with an itinerary that will be filled with fun, memories and of course, Mickey Mouse.
My clients know me as their friendly, go-to travel agent, and many are surprised to find out that I'm not only a travel professional but also a certified public accountant. My career has allowed me to expand into this exciting industry, and I believe my experience as a CPA offers my clients many benefits.
For one, I am extremely detail-oriented and will plan an expert trip down to the very last minute. In addition, I know the value of a dollar and I pride myself on my ability to get my clients the absolute best possible deal.

In addition to planning trips to Walt Disney World and Disneyland, I also participate in Universal's Universal And U Sales Training Program to keep up with the ever changing Universal Orlando. I love planning trips of all types for families, couples and a group of girlfriends almost as much as I enjoy experiencing these vacations myself.
I also specialize in planning cruises and creating itineraries for trips to Mexico, Dominican Republic, or other Caribbean destinations, which I have found to be another fantastic way to spend quality time with the entire family in a whole new setting. Also, I keep current in my training with Princess Cruises and Royal Caribbean University so that I am well versed in the latest offerings for these great cruise lines.

Exceeding our expectations does not adequately express what a tremendous job Denise did for us. She thoroughly planned and executed our family trip to Disneyworld without us having to lift a finger. She booked the perfect resort for us with rooms next to each other and close to the dining hall. She scheduled us for each of the parks in perfect order; reserved fast passes for us on the rides everyone enjoyed the most and at the exact right times that allowed us to enjoy the rest of the park everyday; she picked the best places for our table service and quick service meals, and made our whole family happy, which is no small feat as our ages ran from 5 to 75 years old. Everything she arranged, transportation to and from, luggage service, etc. ran like clockwork .Denise is the best travel agent we have ever worked with and she truly made a "magical" experience for our entire family.

Mexico Trip for 11 Please!

Ms. Denise worked with my wife and I back in 2016 to find the perfect all-inclusive resort for our Honeymoon/1-year anniversary. She spoke very highly of Paradisus La Perla in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. While there, we noticed there was a kid friendly resort located on the other side of the campus, Paradisus la Esmerelda. We invited my sister’s family to join us at Paradisus this summer. We reached out to Ms. Denise to see if she could plan for 4 adults and 7 kids. Without hesitation she began to plan our trip and never had a single hiccup along the way. Ms. Denise handled our entire trip from flight, to transport service, to resort. It was so nice to pass those responsibilities to somebody as competent and timely as Ms. Denise. She was also immediately available for help with logistics while in Mexico. My wife and I are beginning to mull over a European vacation for 2025 and without a doubt, we will be looking to Ms. Denise for advice!

A trip to Disney World requires a lot of attention to detail, and it's not the type of place/price point I'd recommend learning that the hard way. Here are a few things that I would recommend for future guests: 1. Make sure the shuttle vehicle is big enough for to accompany the luggage, not just the guest size. We had to ride with luggage on our laps to the resort, not very comfortable. 2. Make sure that you inform the guests on which days are extended for resort guests. Then plan on booking dinners, and fast passes accordingly. That way the guest can maximize their time spent. 3. Inform the guest on which resort is closest to their favorite park. Coronado Springs is centrally located, and we loved staying here. We had forgotten how convienent it is to all the parks. 4. Inform the guest of the policy change with disney with regards to hopper passes. Now they can use anytime within a 14 day period. This is important information when choosing length of stay and include a down day just at the resorts. 5. Make sure that the guest know about the refillable drink cups available with or without purchase of the dining plan. These come in handy when grabbing a beverage at the resort and should be purchased even if not using the dining plan. 6. I highly recommend the dining plan!!!! Well worth the money spent! 7. As you can now book three fast passes per day, make sure the guest is aware that they should book the most popular rides in advance. The fast passes can be changed at any time, but it is hard to get on to these rides within a close time frame for fast passes. Very important to book these ahead of time. 8. Also make the guest aware that the extended hours are perfect times to hit the popular rides. We were able to ride the mine ride back-to-back at 2:30 am. Well worth staying up late and sleeping in the next day. 9. Make sure the guest is familiar with My Disney Expereience, as well as Memory Maker. These two items are essential for making it the best possible experience. Memory Maker is so worth the money!

We are a busy family and did not have time to read piles of books, ask everyone we knew on social media for hints, compile it all and hope we hit the Disney jackpot. Denise literally made the planning relaxing, in stages and fun! We could enjoy our trip from beginning to end. She set up everything for us and got all the reservations, Fastpasses, etc we wanted. Besides the lodging, she got us signed up for Fast Passes, made reservations for dining, provided us with insight on what to expect and did the heavy lifting for us so we could just pack our bags and go. The trip was incredible for the entire family from ages 1 to 59. Denise is a pleasure to work with and we will definitely utilize her services in the future!

Hassle free. Denise planned everything. I will definitely recommend her services.Denise planned our Fast Passes in a way that we were able to schedule other rides and events we wanted to do to hit everything we wanted to hit.
Regarding anything that maybe we might do differently:
1. 4 parks in 4 days was a bit overwhelming. Our next Disney trip we will plan rest days in between.
2. Flights and rental car return didn't quite compliment each other. We pd a little extra to extend our rental car time, but a little better communication up front could have prevented this.
3. Hotel in Clearwater required valet parking and did not have a kitchenette. We took advantage more of the beach without leaving the hotel, but think next time we will request something a little different.
4. Probably would not plan a breakfast buffet so far away from our hotel on the last day. It was an excellent buffet, but the Disney transportation was backlogged that morning so we spent so much time in tra

Denise's planning, advice, Disney expertise, flexibility and scheduling made it possible for us to have the worry free, enjoyable Disney World and beach family vacation we had looked forward to for a year and a half. This trip was a big vacation for us. We combined a trip to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter with a Disney Cruise, each by itself would have been a good vacation but combining them introduced a lot of complexity to the trip with additional transport required. Denise was able to provide many tips about both the theme park and the cruise. She provided information but also listened to what we wanted to accomplish during the trip and advised us accordingly. I would very much recommend her for anyone planning to visit these attractions.

Denise was awesome as our travel agent. It was our first time to Disney and we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary. Denise squared us away with itineraries for both Universal and Disney. She really made the Disney parks a smooth sailing vacation. She answered every question we had, even had a couple of phone calls after hours just to make sure we felt comfortable with everything. Denise was great and super easy to work with! She looked at all of our "demands" and helped pick the best stay for us. We have used AAA in the past and did not have a great experience.
