When an unexpected delay occurred on our return trip, he booked us on the next flight. Having the boarding passes sent to our phone made the connecting flight hassle free.

Rob has guided us through many trips over the last five
years. Most recently he arranged an Alaskan cruise followed by a land tour through Alaska with time at the end to visit family in Seattle. Rob arranged all of the travel including airplane tickets, hotels, transfers and car rental. He always finds the most reasonable and convenient air flights. The hotel in Vancouver was within walking distance of the cruise pier which was perfect. Most importantly, he follows up if anything happens and makes calls on our behalf if there is an issue. He is wonderful to work with throughout the entire process of planning and traveling.

Rob was wonderful! We had almost given up on a vacation and after a very short visit to him explaining what our family of 6 was looking for, he had several options for us. The options were exactly what we were looking for and we ended up having a perfect vacation!

My wife and I travelled with another couple to Italy and Germany for two weeks. It was our first experience using a travel agent, and we really didn't know what to expect. We met with Rob probably 3 or 4 times over a course of 4-6 months to 'fine tune' what we wanted to do. Rob had first hand experience and made many suggestions, and provided us information to help us make various decisions.

When we were all done planning, I felt it was a fairly intricate trip, with the way we planned to travel, sites we wanted to see and our accommodations.
