Stefanie was very patient with us in the initial stages when we had no clue about where we were going. Tahiti seemed entirely out of reach, but she made it attainable and customized our trip to both of our interests. Her communication was flawless, and we knew exactly what to expect wherever we went. Second Honeymoon

We wanted to take a "2nd Honeymoon" to France. I knew we needed help so I called Stefanie. We outlined what we thought we wanted and told her we didn't want to worry about anything. And we didn't. The trip was wonderful. If a driver was to pick us up at 7:00, then at 6:55, he was there. I got sick the last 2 days and she made arrangements with the hotel to find me a doctor. We cannot sing her praises enough. We will call on her again. She knows the travel industry inside out. We highly recommend her.

30th Wedding Anniversary Trip of a Lifetime

COVID “Honeymoon”

Stefanie was amazing. She had to deal with THREE date changes due to COVID, destination site closures, and work restrictions preventing us from leaving the country. We had originally planned on an all-inclusive in Jamaica, but Stefanie was able to coordinate last second changes to give us an amazing week off in Miami since we couldn’t leave the states due to work. The resort she booked for us was amazing. The coordination of times for the flights, arrivals at Miami, and departures all worked perfectly. On top of everything she was also able to get us a full CASH refund for the difference in cost since we were staying at a less expensive/closer/non-all-inclusive resort. I was just expecting a voucher for future travel from Delta Vacations but she made sure it was the exact dollar amount in cash we were refunded. That alone would’ve been a major headache to deal with and she took care of everything for us. I would strongly recommend using Stefanie and AAV Travel!

Girlfriends Getaway!

Stefanie planned the trip for our group of 7 twice due to the pandemic. She was wonderful to work with, has great attention to detail, and fulfilled a long list of requests. Every little part of the trip was planned and executed to perfection and in the end we felt like we had four vacations in one. We stayed in a Tuscan villa, Florence, Positano and Rome. Needless to say, this required multiple transfers, 4 different hotel reservations for this big group, activities, guides etc. and everything went smoothly thanks to Stefanie. The Tuscan Villa she chose and the private boat tour of Capri & Amalfi Coast ended up being some of the highlights of our vacation. Every little detail was attended to, like when we asked if we can have luggage assistance for the trains, it was done. We travelled like royalty and were treated like one. We all came back with big grins on our face and that says it all. Thank you Stefanie for planning an amazing trip!

Awesome Switzerland and Italy vacation

Wow: amazing organization, hotel coordination for ease of travel and comfort, flights all lined up with appropriate time to make connections, Swiss saver travel pass paid for itself I think!, Wonderful suggestions of where and what to see, purchase and email and mailing of all needed items (Swiss saver travel passes and Italian train tix) prompt replies, and very patient when you have questions. Call her. I have lived in Europe and just didn't have the time to organize my trip this time with my adult kids, one of whom lives in Zurich, and we were all impressed with this experience and how well it all went. A lot of this satisfaction/low stress vacation was due to Stefanie's skills in travel.

Great European Honeymoon!!

We contacted Stefanie via referral from another travel agent to plan our amazing, two week European honeymoon. After an introductory call where Stefanie asked us very insightful and fun questions, she put together an amazing and detailed itinerary for us to review. She then helped with every little detail. She booked the flights, hotels, events, and even went so far as to make our restaurant reservations. Stefanie then called each of the hotels to let them know it was our honeymoon, so we were greeted with a small gift at every stop along our way. Stefanie's attention to detail, winning personality, and consulative approach is unmatched in my experience. She truly is the best in the biz!!
