John is possibly the most patient person ever. He is dilligent about getting the best price, with the best terms and his high level of communication is very much appreciated. He really cares about our travel plans and checks in on us before and after our trip. It's a very personal and enjoyable experience.

My husband and I have traveled quite a bit to Europe and have usually handled all of our travel arrangements but due to a recent disability that involves limited mobility, we thought it best if we had outside help this time and didn't leave anything to chance. We gave John the instruction, "We have never been to Paris; we want to experience as many of the typical touristy kinds of things as possible." He exceeded our expectations. What really worked for us was his openness to working with us the way we wanted. We wanted him to give us an initial schedule without a lot of input from us. Then we worked with him on making some modifications. He was completely committed to this process and frequently offered to review the itinerary and asked if there were any further changes we wanted. He did an amazing job, and we had a great experience. We would use his services again anytime.
