Laura was amazing, I did some research on the internet looking for a travel agent, this was my first time using one. I am so happy I found Laura, she was so easy to work with and answered all of my questions (and there were a lot). We could not have asked for a better experience, from the tours, hotels, transportation, everything was so easy to navigate. It was a pleasure working with Laura to plan our very delayed honeymoon due to the pandemic. She was very available before and during our trip for all my questions, and even if she couldn't help us with something (for example, lost baggage that I needed to create a claim for and a delayed flight that I needed to rebook at the airport), she was there for moral support and walking me through what I needed to do. We worked with Laura when planning our trip to Italy. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and organized. She listened to what we liked to do and prepared a beautiful itinerary that included fun activities (cooking classes, a private winery tour, water activities, etc.). She is well connected and knows the best places to stay. She provided us with a beautiful packet that included history and information about each city we visited, all of our travel vouchers, our hotel accommodations, and our activity tickets.
