Donnetta Byrd gives a very detailed explanation of every part of the vacation she plans specifically for you and your needs. She listens carefully to what you want and plans accordingly making every effort to meet any specific health needs as well. We were totally impressed with all the arrangements she made to make this one of the best and least troublesome vacations for our extended family of seven, ages ranging from 12 to 74.

I recently took a group trip with Donnetta on Rocky Mountaineer in Canada. It was a wonderful trip. Donnetta was always helpful and going the extra mile to make sure everyone was well taken care of. But what made Donnetta special is that she is just a wonderful person, easy going, friendly and it’s easy to quickly become friends with her. She is thorough, detailed and meticulous about every detail. She makes you feel like your trip is something extra special to her and it is in a way. I planned for a year a train trip of a lifetime and that is exactly what it was. I started in Toronto for a few days then boarded VIA Train and started my cross country trip to Vancouver. Several stops were booked along the way and changed to Rocky Mountaineer in Banff. Ended a couple of days in Vancouver and then flew home. I would do it ALL again tomorrow if given the opportunity.There were a few hiccups along the way but I called or texted Donnetta and she had them taken care of in a flash minute. Even the issues out of her control she fixed without any worries or expense to me. She is great and I am going to use her again to plan trips.
